Bestellung über home24 - Ärger mit EDAXO

Am 11.12. habe ich Gläser (28 cm hoch) über home24 bestellt und über PayPal bezahlt. Am 13.12., also sehr schnell, kam das gut verpackte Paket an. Es enthielt Gläser, aber nur 18 cm hoch. Die habe ich reklamiert und bekam am 15.12. ein Retourenticket zum Selbstausdruck. Das Paket soll zu einer dpd-Zentrale, fast 50 km von mir entfernt, selbst eingeliefert werden. Die Sendung geht dann an eine Adresse nach Polen. Wenn das Paket dort angekommen ist, soll ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Das ist kein akzeptabler Service. Ich werde jetzt PayPal einschalten. Vermutlich habe ich mein Geld dann eher wieder.

Ich empfehle jedem, der bei home24 bestellt, vor dem Kauf zu überprüfen, wer denn eigentlich der Handelspartner ist, und wahrscheinlich werde ich von home24 sowieso zukünftig die Finger lassen.

Ware über home24 bestellt

Ware über home24 bestellt, Verkäufer ist aber edaxo. Nun muss ich mich mit dem Support rumärgern der der Meinung ist ich habe mein Paket erhalten. Ich habe keine Lieferung bekommen.
