You couldn't ask for better service! Fed X misplaced my package and instead of Edco making me wait until they found it, they remade my order. Which was so very kind since it wasn't their fault that Fed X messed up. The plaque is beautiful and very nice quality!!! My staff really enjoyed receiving it.
