Looked better when it showed as pictured. Service was fast and made it all the way to Alaska in about a week! Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to show appreciation to a retiring employee.

It is my personal opinion that I prefer the other version that was clear on the sides. (It catches the light better) This blue version appears to be darker. Unless you are looking for a blue award. THIS is BLUE. It was not a good fit for my company logo and the recognition name is really small.
