As a first time customer of Edco, I am delighted with the level of service, the selection of items and options, and the quality of the awards. And, their customer service is phenomenal. One example is when you call them the first option on their voice menu is "If you want to speak with a human being press 1." No endless pushing of buttons or frustration being forced to use a useless "ai" chat assistant. Another example is their website price is what you pay. I received three other estimates from on-line trophy companies and each one had a website price, but then hidden charges for logo setup, price per letter, etc. that ended up doubling the website price. Edco had no hidden charges. They really know how to remove the friction from the buying experience and make customers happy.
