3 weeks later after I complained of not receiving my order, Paul, the owner contacted me and apologised. He didn't realised that I didn't get my order, it looks like it got lost in the post :(. I got a refund.
I would have liked a replacement of what I ordered as I needed it, but they didn't have any left in stock.

Great company. Great products.
Used this site a few times now. Great quality knives @ good prices. Had an issue with my latest order as they sent one item incorrectly, easily sorted and exchanged for the correct knife. First issue in 4 years of buying from this and the parent company. Will definitely be using again.
