This is my 2nd car I have purchased…

This is my 2nd car I have purchased from Eddie Wright very pleased with the service we received from Martin on the day we went in to test drive the car & purchased my 2nd car . 2 days later went to pick it up , & Tom helped us with handover of my new car , he was extremely helpful , polite , friendly & efficient even set up my phone for me before I drove home . Thanks you so much Martin & Tom great service . Other sales men where in the show room & were very friendly too

They tried to scam me - car broke down ON TEST DRIVE.

They tried to scam me - car broke down ON TEST DRIVE.

I went to look at an ID4. They go to bring it around for a test drive and 30 mins+ later the salesperson appears making something up about tire pressure.

They stall for time, and then try to bring it around again. This time it took 15+ mins.

Getting in the car the reason for the delay becomes clear. It limped, then stopped completely. It would start, limp a few feet, then stop again. Stopped completely 8+ times on the test drive.

It was very obvious that they saw the issues & cleared the codes, patched over it, hoping to hide the issues just long enough for them to pass a non-running car onto me.

I had a great experience with Eddie Wrights and Lewis in particular. He explained all of my options well and helped me come to my final decision. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We are extremely happy with the car we…

We are extremely happy with the car we have just purchased from Eddie Wright. The servoce we received from Mark Smith was fantastic - he patiently took us through all the car details and transactions - and went the extra mile ! 😁 There was a very friendly atmosphere in the showroom - where are dog was also made very welcome ! Thank you so much for an excellent service !
We would highly recommend Eddie Wright Car Supermarket - definately a 5 Star experience!

15 days after purchase and still no car

I bought a car from Eddie Wright on 15th March and was told I could pick it up on 19th March as it needed a new part fitting. The night before they rang and said it wouldn’t be ready and offered me a courtesy car to pick up which would be the same size car as I had bought. When I arrived the car was much smaller. My family are struggling to fit in it. I still have this car 11 days later. They then told me to pick up the new car up the Tuesday. They rang and said it needed valeting so to come on the Friday. The night before they rang and said the part wasn’t even in but I could pick the car up on the Friday afternoon after it hadn’t been valeted . I couldn’t make that day so arranged for the Saturday. They rang Saturday morning to say the car part still wasn’t it! So it wasn’t anywhere near ready. Mis communication!
They said they would ring at lunch time today (Monday) and no one did. My husband made numerous calls.
When they answered
said they could deliver the car tomorrow but I can’t have a time. So my day tomorrow is now on hold until they give me a time. That’s if the car actually arrives

Given a car with an electrical fault

I was allowed to leave with a car that had an electrical fault. I was told the replacement part would take 2-3 working days to arrive, it took 8 (12 days total). When I went back in to the branch to query why nobody had got in touch regarding the delay on the part, I was promised a phone call the next day with an update. This call never came. Eventually the fault was rectified, but only after a second electrical fault occured caused by the same faulty part. I had to return to the branch to get them to finally prioritising fixing the vehicle the next day. Overall a poor experience with what felt like zero empathy from the sales department when faults was reported. I honestly expected some priority as a customer allowed to leave with a faulty vehicle costing £21k.

Brilliant customer service

Bought a new car from here today. Had to part ex my old car but had a very pleasant experience and drove away in the new car within the hour. Lewis was the salesman I dealt with, very nice chap!

A great experience!

This is my second car purchased from Eddie wright and both times have been plain sailing. Mark, who I dealt with this time around, has gone over and beyond to make sure I was happy and made this experience very good. He was very honest and always in communication with me through out the whole process.

Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely be purchasing again from here!
