The winter service has been horrible this season, half assed approach, using people who have no clue what is to be done, even though it is clearly described in the notes on the app. Quick to bill, difficult to get a refund - I have been using them for years but as of now the experience this year - NO MORE

Similar to other reviews, Eden promises great service but never delivers. They sent emails promising great snow removal service but never show up. I cleared my driveway after several attempts to get problem resolved and then I get charged for the work I did. Do not rely on them for snow removal services.

If there was a 0, I’d say that is what they deserve. After a major snow storm, no one came to clear the snow, even though we were subscribers. Two days before. There was another storm, and they dumped the cleared snow at the bottom of the driveway, barely leaving an opening for the car. They also left a huge amount of snow at the end of the driveway. The contractors are very poor. My advice, stay far away!

Horrendous service. They do not show up most of the time, do not communicate - but somehow are extremely efficient at charging for their terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

I am extremely disappointed with Eden Snow Removal. My problems with this company started when they came to clean, and since the driveway was already clean, they decided to go into my backyard and clean there. They then sent me a picture of the work done, even though I never requested them to clean my backyard. They did not have authorization to enter my backyard, and I was never informed that they would be doing so.
I requested the termination of my services on February 6, 2025, yet they have continued to charge me for services. Despite multiple requests for cancellation, I've been charged on February 8, 12, 13, 14 and 17. The total amount charged was $678.02.
It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve made multiple attempts via emails to contact the company and resolve this, but I’ve received no response.
I never wanted to take further action, but if this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card provider and lodge complaints with the Ontario Consumer Protection Office and Better Business Bureau.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to reconsider using this service.

I ended up paying for a service that was no longer needed, impossible to cancel because it disappeared from the app.
When the person showed up to the do the job that was already done - they hung for a a while and then I was charged full price.

Fooled me a second time. Big snowfall last night. Driveway not done. Called in at 9am they conformed it was to be completed. Not done. Now 8pm. I dug a small walkway.

Terrible service! No one answers calls or messages. Today, I’ve been trying to reach them for over 13 hours to remove the snow blocking my driveway—no response. Two days ago, they charged me at 1 AM after the snow had already melted, and there was less than 1 cm left. I messaged them about it but never got a reply. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this company!

Punctual service and Dylan discussed all the options open to us.
Lovely guy, communicated clearly the work which is required and keen to assist us with our garden plans.
Definitely recommend..we will proceed.

After two good years, this year our experience with Eden has been frustrating to say the least. The problem is that they do not commit to a time frame, such as 24 hours since end of snowfall. That means that they consider it reasonable for you to wait 1 day, 2 days even 3 days until the they clear the snow. You never know when they will come, and the app is only good if your crew communicates with you, which in our experience they do not. Three times after normal snowfall, having waited for over 24 hours, we called customer service only to be told that we would just need to wait. How long? Who knows! Each time, after over 36 hours we broke down and cleared the snow ourselves. Three times of complaining and nothing has changed. A company that considers it reasonable to leave people snowed in for more than a day is unprofessional and definitely not reliable! Their customer service is unhelpful and the whole experience has been torture.

I had cancelled my service in 2021. It was confirmed in writing a few times by Eden. On May 26, 2022 they randomly charged my credit card citing a service they didn't do! Nobody called me back or responded to my emails. Check them out on BBB, they got an "F".

What is going on?? This is Joshua Loberg from Cafe Santorini. I have had a parking lot full of snow since the recent blizzard, and due to melting/ freezing in the interim the job has become much more laborious. I have been quoted over a thousand dollars to clean up the mess that should have been picked up by your technicians almost a week ago. I cannot get a hold of anybody in your company, and urgently need this dealt with

I run a professional management company. We needed snow removal for our buildings in Chicago. Eden appeared professional and experienced. The whole operation turned out to be a poorly-run sham operation.

During the first snowfall, the majority of our contracted properties were not plowed; in fact, only one of 18 properties was plowed on time. Of the remaining 17 properties, Eden was only able to service seven and I was left to find alternative services for the remaining 10 properties. Eden failed to plow three of the seven properties they had "scheduled" within 3 days of the snowfall. At no time did anyone from Eden contact me with updates; I repeatedly reached out to them.

At the end of the day, I had to scramble to find alternative services for 13 of 18 contracted properties. Over 200 residents were affected by their negligence. When asked why my properties were not serviced Jared glibly told me they didn't have contractors lined up. As it turns out, Eden does not do ANY work themselves and has NO contracts in place for their services. They cannot control the timing or the quality of the work they perform. For something as important as snow removal in Chicago, that is simply unacceptable.

Nathan Eastlake is unprofessional and rude. Botched lawn mowing and charged for a yard clean up not approved...and the yard clean up wasn’t even completed. There are still the same amount of leaves in every corner of the property along with all the grass clippings left in the flower bed, driveway, and side of the house.I have before and after photos.

Use this company if you want to just give your money away without getting the service you requested... oh also if you like being dismissed by Nathan Eastlake and the others that hide behind and email.

They misunderstood our job, came and did something else, and then still billed us for it. We are still fighting to get a refund.

App doesn't let you cancel jobs - just goes to show how they are trying to scrape dollars from you.

Nathan Eastlake, regional manager of Ohio has been extremely dismissive and rude. Would not recommend!

Very satisfied with their service. Eden Snow Removal did a great job! Will definitely use their service again. You must try their service too. Very organised, great job!

The staff and crew will make you feel at ease and a valued member of the process. Your time, budget and quality work is their top priority.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of lawn care work that the Eden crew did. Thank You Eden for such amazing work. Will definitely recommend.

Eden is Always fantastic! Takes great care of the yard, it looks amazing, he does a little extra work, and even came on a Saturday morning because it has rained during the week and my regular time had to be postponed. I've used his services for a year and will continue to do so!
