Hired a few things from Eden Events and it was only a 24hr notice. Spoke to Marilyn who was very lovely and friendly. They delivered in person, the packaging was neat and the stuff I hired was beautifully packed inside. Can't thank them enough for coming through within such a short notice, their excellent professionalism and for the best customer service. I highly recommend their services.

A friend recommended Marilyn when I was looking for someone to decorate the hall for my son's 21st Superhero themed birthday party. I was a bit concerned with the theme he chose because I thought it will too babyish for a 21st birthday party. I was very pleased with end result and it was beyond my expectations. Marilyn went above and beyond in meeting all my requirements and her ingenuity was second to none. Marilyn's customer service is excellent. I was looking for someone I could hire…warming trays
I was looking for someone I could hire warming trays, I now know as chafing tines, I came across Edenem, I sent my request through, I got my quote which I was pleasantly pleased with, I placed my order, and everything was done very quickly and promptly, and my warming trays were delivered exactly when promised and I was kept informed all the time, from delivery time to when the tines were being collected once finished with.
I was very pleased and I will definitely be using them again, and I would definitely recommend them.

Warm customer service
I came across Edenem whilst searching for chair covers for my blessing on Facebook market , Marilyn is such a professional
I later realised that they are in fact an events hire company and got some additional table center pieces
I emailed her exactly what I wanted and got an invoice instantly
Everything was clean and packaging was on point
I quickly recommended her to a friend as she was also searching for chair covers
The whole process was straight forward and easy and the refund process was snappy
If I could give 10 stars I would to the company

Really great service
Used Eden for tablecloths for my brother's wedding. I was quite last-minute but they were more than happy to accommodate. Very quickly communication and clear Instructions. The tablecloths arrived quickly and were really great quality. The process to return is really straight forward. I'd definitely use them again and recommend.

Wonderful little gem of a company
I accidentally stumbled across Edenem whilst looking for some items to buy for a small afternoon tea gathering.
I soon realise that they are in fact an events hire company! Great I thought, I didn’t really want to be stuck with several tea pots and cups and saucers!
Marylin is lovely! I emailed her exactly what I wanted and when, she sent me over the invoice straight away.
I collected from her, and I was so pleasantly surprised!
Everything was beautifully clean and packaged immaculately!
My afternoon tea table looked amazing!
The whole process was straight forward and easy.
She has some beautiful things to hire, and I will definitely be back.

Amazing Customer Service
I contacted this company on the day I needed chair covers. I had an immediate response, with clarifications of the size & colour. I then went to collect them within 30 mins of ordering!
The covers were very professionally packed & exactly what was needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They were so professional, friendly, helpful and reliable! Can’t wait to use them again.
