I order a door as ASAP after 5 months no door I asked for cancellation and refund and the said OK and I later called them to get my deposit and they told me that they pass my refund to their financial department to sort me out but it been 2 months and still haven't received my money. The painful part is that when I call no response and now the same number is not even going through again. I really need my money and I don't know what to do because I drove there and the office was close

No FENSA cert delivered, no answer on phone, incorrect material used on install.

Used previously and were v good,, company appears to have been sold to cost cutters

Did the job quickly and efficiently at the agreed time and price. Excellent job.

I recently used EdenGlaze UK. The installation of new windows and composite doors was professionally done with polite and helpful staff. However, follow-up service has let them down—reported an issue months ago and still unresolved despite multiple promises. Mixed experience overall, so I’d rate them three stars.

This review is more to do with not obliging the guarantee. Phoned up five times to get someone out to fix the door which has slightly dropped and to repair any damage caused by it. I am still waiting, it's been a month now.

Clean and tidy, very polite staff fantastic workmanship would recommend this company to anyone interested in new upvc windows and doors 👍👍

Just had my doors and windows replaced. Absolutely brilliant cannot fault the workers who installed them very helpful also especially in love with my new composite doors.

Brilliant service from Eden glaze would defo recommend them, easy to deal with and professional, for all your window needs give them a shout.

Highly recommended I can vouch as the windows was 1010 service was perfect staff was very polite will be referring family and friends in the future

Absolutely shocking behaviour from eden glaze no respect shown whatsoever in regards to an issue which I reported over 2 months in regards to my lock which doesn't work and I can't lock my door I have been chasing eden glaze for over 2 months now and they keep saying to me someone will call you back I still have received no calls and everytime I call them they make a new excuse as to why the job has not been done. So I hope people reading don't make the same mistake I made once you have made the payment they will not give the same service again in regards to the guarantee

EdenGlaze van driver parked so close to my car in a half empty carpark that I couldn't open the driver's door on my return. Rather than moving the van (with all the fixtures attached to the side) to allow me access to my car when first asked, he got out to dispute it and caused an irrelevant argument. Not a great advert or representation of your company unfortunately; he was inconsiderate and clearly looking for trouble. This is simple carpark etiquette which didn’t require a dispute with a member of the public.

Ordered some bi folds & in fairness the product itself is a great brand & the price was good BUT theres a huge catch. The service you receive... Ordered the bi folds and when it came to installation , they cancelled 3 times so had to keep putting off my kitchen fitter who had booked me in to his busy schedule. Got there in the end and sub contractors who came out to fit were very good and did a neat job. After a couple of months, the bi folds were slightly leaking, very minor but I needed it looked at because i had my flooring booked in. Booked in a visit to rectify and surprise surprise , Eden glaze cancelled again, apparently their only engineer kept calling in sick. This was repeated 3 times. In the end , I sourced the sub contractors who fitted the bi folds, skipped out Eden Glaze and they kindly came out next day! This could’ve simply been done by Eden glaze! In summary it’s a circus with people in charge who don’t know how to run a business. Had 2 more bi fold orders and windows lined up with family members but can safely say they’ve missed out on those orders and we’ll just get the sub contractors to do them directly. Eden Glaze are really not worth the hassle guys , just go with someone else even if it’s a bit more!

Had all my windows and doors replaced by Edenglaze UK. Fitters were great, professional and cleaned up after.

We recently bought a house with an Edenglaze conservatory which is less than two years old. Inspite of several kindly phonecalls asking for them to visit to see why the expensive roof leaked, they continue to say great things but do nothing.
We will now formally write to them.
If they continue to ignore us we will approach FENSA.
Be careful out there. Promises of good after service are just that. Promises.

Cold calling to mobile phones do they not know it is illegal.

A salesperson just called me with an unsolicited call and when I said that I did not need windows and doors they put the phone down on me!!!!!! A company that employs rude staff like this should be avoided at all costs.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Wonderful sales rep. Nice, polite and not pushy like others I have dealt with while choosing my windows. They offered the best price so went with them right away. Surveyor came the same day after the sales rep. It took them about 3 weeks to get my 5 windows made and fitted. Great pair of fitters too. Very professional and very clean. They done a wonderful job. Couldn't be happier with my windows.

Used Edenglaze for new windows and 2 exterior doors. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, instillation was problem free and the finish looks really good.
