Eden pulled us out of the sticky stuff when we were let down by another company last minute, excellent service all around and really good communications.
I would recommend Eden to anyone looking for Meet and Greet at Heathrow.

Simple to use service, with polite and helpful controllers and drivers. I can't them at all. They were brilliant and i will undoubtedly be going to Eden as my first choice next time we fly.

Excellent communication via Whatsapp prior to dropping off. Clear instructions, friendly greeting and hand over of vehicle. Excellent immediate response when we returned with accurate timing for when car would be delivered. Very friendly service and competitively priced.

Dropping off at Heathrow couldn't have been easier. Very polite and punctual. These guys are looking after my car for a number of months whilst I am overseas. I couldn't ask for a better or more helpful service. A big thanks from me.

Fantastic timely service with extremely helpful employee at our drop off. You just inform them 40 minutes ahead of when you’ll arrive. The company will message you where to meet at short stay car park and they are waiting for you before you're at the airport. Price is amazing compared to other companies. No complaints, would use them every time when travelling from Heathrow! 😊

I was skeptical at first, had to take the risk, I'm glad I took the risk, timing was brilliant, car was returned as received, don't let thier site graphic fool you, they deliver will recommend them over and over again.

Service as good as ever and their customer service gets better and better. They even text me while the plane was still landing to say welcome home and call us when you have your bags!!! Outstanding and would highly recommend.

What a lovely company. Helped us out wonderfully when our booked service failed dismally at 5am. They trusted me and I trusted them and all was well. Kind, considerate, charming, excellent pro-active communication, and fairly priced given that I was in dire need (and they apologised for the price!). I have just booked them for a family member with an excellent price and they are now my default for when I need to fly.

What a find! Responsive, flexible, efficient - and inexpensive, too. A simple and convenient process, carried out by super-friendly people who took an interest in us and our travels. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again whenever I can. I'd give more stars if I could!
