I have been looking for a mushroom…

I have been looking for a mushroom blend coffee but it had to be decaffeinated as I’m sensitive to caffeine. This product fits all my requirements and tastes really great too. I take it to work with me in my thermos and sip it all through the morning. Great alternative to just normal coffee.

Been using the coffee for a few months…

Been using the coffee for a few months now and I’ve kept my subscription as I really like it sometimes need to order earlier as I run out. The taste is very nice is dissolves very nice also as I’ve tried a few others and they was not so good. Overall I definitely recommend.

Ive been using the RAWBREW for 3 months…

Ive been using the RAWBREW for 3 months now, i must say after using a few different mushroom coffees, this is by far the best by taste and effect. Ive tried the coffee and caramel cappuccino both taste delicious, the free mug and whisk were a nice surprise on how good the quality was.

RAWBrew 10/10

I have been using the RAWBrew now for about 4 months and I’m really noticing a difference. Considering it’s a mushroom coffee it actually tastes great and I really enjoy it and prefer it to normal coffee now. So worth it and the price is so reasonable

Update- have since received my order but will not be 5 stars from me on this occasion.

If you respond can I have an update on my order #5803 is on the way (supposedly). Don’t blame RM they have advised you print the delivery label but never dispatch order. Royal Mail are one of the more reliable ones where I have very little issues so more inclined to believe them. RE 22 January 2026, 23:07:36 PST As others recently reported on Trustpilot. Order was dispatched on the 16th January , but tracking has never updated . Have not bothered contacting the company as several customers say they have never received any response!

I purchased the caramel cappuccino but…

I purchased the caramel cappuccino but was very disappointed it tasted dreadful although the is my first mushroom coffee so I have had nothing to compare to but if it all tastes like this I'll give it a miss. It tasted nothing like a caramel cappuccino and tasted earty like drinking soil make you feel sick
Me and partner both said the same also in the starter pack got a frother and cup the club looks nothing like the one advertised and is a cheap Chinese cup not even the same colour and the frother is poor quality also nothing major but shows you coffee in theba tin but comes in a bag

AVOID!!!!

If we could rate zero stars we would! No delivery, no updates, no communication, no reply and lied that item has been delivered via royal mail.... It has not been delivered! No telephone number to call either; surprise surprise! AVOID!!!! What a waste of money - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!

The worst company and customer service

I ordered 2 bottles of cbd oil on 30th November, 10 days later still no delivery and no update from edensgate, I contacted them via the website and email hoping to get a response within 24 hours as they promise. It took 2 days to get a response only for them to say check with a neighbour even though royal mail said on there tracking they haven't received them item from edensgate. 13 days after the order and after 5 emails sent to them, I get told I've getting a refund and no apology. How a company is unable to send 2 small items is beyond me, shocking customer service too. If I could give them zero stars I would

order placed on 1st December, no email to say it was sent out, chased this on their website and it was sent to Royal Mail on the 3rd December, Royal Mail tracking says we are expecting it. chased Edens gate who said Royal Mail are experiencing delays. Sorry this is not good enough as it is now the 12 December and no sign of any delivery. I want a refund now, this is not turning up. Edited today 12/12/2025 Royal Mail have told me that Edens gate have not sent the order to them all they have done is print the Tracked 48 label and failed to send it. So the big question is about Edens gate is how trust worthy is this company, lack of communication & no telephone number to speak to anyone and they have no idea what they are doing, So you after reading this experience would you order from this company and have to try to claim back money you have paid for goods that never arrive. I won't be buying from them anymore as I view this as not just a mistake made but terrible customer service and no contact telephone number to speak to anyone, I won't waste any more money or time buying any more from this company and I rate them as NO STARS

I ordered some items on the 28th in the…

I ordered some items on the 28th in the black Friday sales. It said it was dispatched... Monday 1st December royal mail said they were waiting for the items. It is now the 6th and royal mail are still awaiting the items to show up.
I have emailed them multiple times and have heard nothing back. I have been scammed out of money.
This isn't the first time I have had problems with this company but last time they refunded me and sorted my order out.
I think the quality of products have fallen off aswel. One time I received the wrong items and the tea bags were mostly split open. That time they sorted my order it but this time it's like I don't exist.

Lack of communication!

Having made a previous order that turned up with the incorrect items, and was rectified, I've since made another order 10 days ago. This time I've had a notification to say it was despatched to Royal Mail on 25th November by 48h delivery, but have not had any update since. This is despite sending 3 or 4 emails asking for an update. This doesn't fill me with much hope as I've also made another order to stock up on the product as part of their black Friday sale.

Careful using this company.

Careful using this company.
They enter you into a subscription. Even after it is cancelled they continue to try and take money directly from your bank account.
You will need to use your bank’s fraud team to stop payments going out.

Scam, poor quality, no comunication, avoid

Eventually after leaving a review here and sending multiple emails, Edensgate replied offering a partial refund and said my email had been in their junk mail..
it was some time again before getting another reply so I emailed again.. they did eventually respond.. they offered a full refund and to send out some more of the products as an apology.. I can confirm I today did receive a full refund 🙌
Though am yet to find out weather or not they send anything else out it the post.

My first order seemed great..
So I purchased a second order of the same thing in higher quantity with the money I had saved up..
What I recieved was nothing like the order I had recieved previously.. and neither was it two different items! It was the exact same poor quality item put it to two bags then labled differently! ... I have tried to reach out to resolve this multiple times with no response.. after reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one.. extreamly upset and disappointed about this.. I will not be buying again and I strongly recomend anyone planning on making a purchase to avoid and go elsewhere.. this is clearly a complete scam.. they will send you a cheep poor quality item instead of the item that your have paid for and then will avoid communicating.. which is probably why they don't have a contact number!

I ordered a starter pack to see if I liked the product, imagine my surprise when I recieved an email to say there was another shipment on the way. It seems that they have set up a subscription for me, without my consent, I didnt click the link, and they are sending me out another starter kit. I cannot cancel said subscription because I do not have an account with them. Terrible
