Excellent service yet again
Despite a relatively long wait for an advisor (5mins+ at international rates) the advisor was extremely helpful as seems to be the case always with this English speaking helpline.
The advisor quickly understood the rather complex situation which arose after we moved house and quickly resolved the technical glitch on mon espace to get us back on line quickly.
Despite the possibility that the changes might take 2 working days, it was all in place within 3-4hrs and all the subsequent ammendments went smoothly.
Top marks again EDF!!

Customer service, efficiency and quality
I was struggling to speak in French to the EDF advisor regarding my gas and energy invoice query, so the first advisor put me through English speaking advisor. Selima was an amazing help to me. She was welcoming, she spoke very clear English, extremely polite and professional. She went beyond and above to help me to sort out my query and advised me how to get right solution.
