Unjust and uninformative billing

OMG, I phoned them to pay my bill, they told me that a technician will be despatched to fix my meter which is blocked!

I have never complained about this as at the end of the day it's not my problem.

They told me that if I'm absent when the technician arrives I shall be billed but no mention that it'll cost me either way!

I have just checked my emails and to my ABSOLUTE disgust they are charging ME 48€ because THEY have decided to send a technician to my address and this is even before the technician arrives!!!???

Absolute thieves!!!!

And by the way an extremely abrupt and rude woman to whom I spoke!!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I have spent 6 months trying to change an account that was set up fraudulently and after months of frustration had to change supplier to get this account closed. Recommend to friend or family.... I wouldn't recommend to my WORST ENEMY!

The English speaking telephone number…

The English speaking telephone number is fantastic for anyone new to France or who hasn't mastered French yet. The young lady had excellent customer service skills & was very happy to organise a quick appointment to fit a linky meter. The engineer was polite & fitted the linky meter in less than an hour!

Excellent Service!!

Phoned EDF as electricity would not turn on (suspected old isolator). Phone answered within 3 minutes, even found an English speaking advisor for me!
Technician appeared within 3 hours, replaced isolator, checked working and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. Excellent Service! Thank you :-)
