Great Wallet, and great support

5 star treatment every time i have a problem. I’m a new user and David was patient and super knowledgeable. Thanks for your help every time.

Worst wallet and customer service, all my credit cards fall and when I requested refund they asked for a video, after submitting that they ghosted, no response at all after initial few emails.

Edge is a great app easy to use but most importantly their support is outstanding- reach out and they will answer questions and resolve the issue if the can. If you're into crypto this is for you. Recommended.

I was having an issue with one of my wallets. Daniel was more than helpful with not only pointing me in the right direction to get the issue solved but was patient with my inexperience. He was able to walk me through the each step all the way to the end. What a relief that he was patient and extremely helpful throughout the process.

I had an issue with my wallet, I was getting an error message and could not send. So I wrote to support and they were relentless, they kept on trouble shooting and asking if my issue was resolved when I went silent. It gave the impression that they genuinely wanted to resolve my issue, which they eventually did!

I have sent over 8 emails , photos and two videos but edge are a very very poor robotic company who simple don’t care one they have your money . Stay away

The experience with the support team was outstanding and maybe the best I ever had.
The team did go the extra mile several time and helped me with a serious issue I had.
I honestly can't recommend the Edge Wallet more.

I love this wallet for its ease of use and slick design. Very secure also. I had some trouble restoring the discontinued Jaxx Liberty wallet into Edge. After emailing David at Edge tech support, his patience and guidance helped me to figure out that I was typing in my recovery phrase in the wrong order. Without his help, I would not have been able to recover my funds. I am forever grateful and will recommend the Edge wallet to everyone in crypto, both beginners and pros. Kudos to the Edge support team, and especially David, for the fast and friendly service.

Really impressed with the simplicity of the wallet. Easy onboarding with some decent documentation. Quick support response times and very helpful. I think information about auto log off and password recovery could be a bit clearer, and the password recovery email key option didn't send the email but these are minor niggles.

What a wonderful, supportive experience I had with Daniel helping me get through issues of transferring crypto from one wallet to Edge. He worked diligently with me from 3/28 through 4/5 when we accomplished the fix for my problem. If this is what your support like, I will be a lifetime member. Thanks

I have used EDGE now for 2 years without problems and have been very happy buying crypto, but recently decided to sell BTC using the apps inbuilt BANXA banking facility, which is where my issues started. Using the EDGE app I sold my BTC 8 days ago and following a number of excuses and non existant communication, I still don't have my money and I fear I will never see it again. If EDGE are recommending the BANXA service they should make sure they only recommend professional outfits worthy of their good reputation, which in my experience given the negative feedback available on BANXA, it is NOT the case...be careful if using this company.

Update 30 Mar. Soon after posting my feedback strangely my funds arrived. That said not in the 1-3 days advertised, so I would still not recommend using the BANXA service.

where is my btc after i have unstake them?this is a really s.h.i.t scam wallet if you want to loose Your Money use this scam app.....

I rarely give reviews for anything but for this one I will. I emailed support and Vince messaged me back in literally less than 5 min with a correct reply and support for my problem with importing Gala. Problem was solved and I'm extremely happy. The app itself is also very good in comparison to others out there, I just wish there would be a credit card or something to spend directly from the wallet without having to go to an exchange.

All in all, super pleased. Thank you Edge CS team.
