Good products, good delivery, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely hot chocolate at the counter also. Why would you go anywhere else.
And I think it's great of them to employ Ian from the old folks home next door. The walking frame hinders him a bit but 10 out of 10 for effort.

Ross was my first port of call when it came to ordering the products edge had on offer which was smooth and very professional and he then passed it over to Amos in sales which was just as smooth and professional.

Once again let down
Once again let down. Ordered a product but wasn’t what i wanted even though i sent in pictures of the items required. And now i have to pay for the mistake. Never again. I’ve used this company since they started and has let me down again it’s a shame as had a good relationship with all the team but counts for nothing it appears.

I moved into a new home and after one year or so the front door was difficult to close. Although Edge Building Products were under no obligation to me l contacted Tristan Caldwell for advice.
Tristan informed me that there was a new door in the warehouse which was ordered over a year ago for the previous owner of my home!
He arranged for the door to be collected and recommended an installer whom l would pay for the fitting only which was done promptly.
Having owned my own company and dealt with many suppliers the service from Edge BP was truly outstanding and l can’t recommend them enough.
Many thanks to all at Edge BP for incredible customer relations.
