Awful... no other word could be used
My experience with this company has been the WORST I have ever dealt with.
I don't even get how they do not end up in court with those behaviors...
It took them over three months to get my membership canceled. The support is nonexistent, and they fail to follow up properly.
I never received the refund they promised on the two extra months charged BECAUSE OF THEIR inability to reply.
Supposedly, it was charged because their payment partner is separated, and they can't do anything blablabla... but I would be refunded (oops, no!?)
But that's not even the bad part; it's small amounts, and at least I was finally done dealing with them! At least I thought so, because...
HELL NO, four months later, they ARE BACK with fraudulent charge requests and wasting my time AGAIN.
I guess their CRM is so bad they can't even notice that I have NOT been living at that address since NOVEMBER 2023 and somehow reopened an account in my name WITHOUT my consent or request.
My advice: if you seek a proper solution for your needs, you should look elsewhere (unless you are ready to waste hours and days dealing with their terrific errors and processes).
