Excellent service. I called last minute at 1500 for an emergency last minute gift! And they had it ready and on my door step at 1900. Excellent service really can't commend them enough. Will use agqin for sure!

Ordered a chocolate strawberry bouquet for a friend's birthday to be delivered on Tuesday 1st March between 9am-6pm. The bouquet was posted out at 8pm on Tuesday 1st March and wasn't delivered until Thursday 3rd March, by which the strawberries had of course started to go off and let out water and so the entire thing just wasn't edible anymore, with a puddle of juice at the bottom of the bag. Not forgetting the fact it didn't even reach the recipient on their birthday. I understand DHL were also at fault for delaying the delivery, as they delivered a day later, but I think both are at fault as the company also posted it the date it was due to be delivered.
I was offered a full refund, however.
It's a shame because the bouquet would have been a beautiful gift if delivered on time and I was looking forward to using this company in the future, but the reliability just isn't here unfortunately.

This was an ideal birthday gift for my friend. She's allergic to flowers & a health freak! so this ticked all the boxes and she loved it. Arrived on time.

The product was amazing as always - who I bought it for was delighted with it !
Disappointed that I couldn't collect at the time I asked for as they were going to lunch - so ended up paying £5 for delivery and the product arrived half an hour later than the time I wanted it for.
When ordering online be useful to be able to request a collection time rather than e mailing or texting separately about this

This was my second order from Edible Blossoms. First was a new year gift for my sister and her family. This one was a birthday gift for my Mum. Not only do the arrangements look absolutely beautiful, they taste divine. My Mama was astonished by the size and juiciness of the strawberries. The variety of milk, white and pink chocolate, and the coatings of chopped nuts etc is awesome. Received delivery early the very next morning after ordering. The staff was so helpful with any query. I am super impressed and will continue to order from these guys. 5 stars! Xxx

Fruit bouquet came very well packaged and on time. When unwrapped it was so beautifully put together and presented. The fruit lasted longer than expected and everything was lovely and sweet. Bought this for a special occasion. Ordered the regular size and it was larger than expected. I would definitely order again.

Not great for the money, looks very impressive however the strawberries were very bitter and some were pretty inedible!
What makes it worse is I sent two e mails with my issue and they can’t even be bothered to reply!

Ordered the mangolicious fruit bouquet for my fiance as an anniversary gift.

I received no confirmation of the order beyond the confirmation of payment on the website itself which left me concearned that my order was possibly lost in the system somehow.

I received no notification of dispatch either. I had to go out of my way and chase them for a tracking number which they provided within a couple of hours.

Upon delivery we were initially very happy. The arrangement was beautiful and well put together but as we inspected closely it was clear the majority of the fruit (mango & pineapple) was so unripe it defied belief. It was green and inedible.

I contacted edible blossoms to complain and was told that this was to be expected as the aforementioned fruits were out of season.

I wouldn't expect the product to be offered for sale out of the fruit's season if the "professionals" couldn't simply do what we do at home with out-of-season fruits. Simply ripen yourself and use when fit for purpose. It doesn't take much planning ahead. Simply buy mango and pineapple this week and actually use it next week. Hardly rocket science.

Their response completely contradicts it the purpose of these products. They're meant to be beautiful AND edible.

If I wanted something beautiful and inedible I'd have ordered flowers and saved a good amount of cash to boot.

Avoid these jokers and go with a crew that can deliver on the product and deal with very legitimate complaints in a professional manner rather than blame me for their many shortcomings.

Purchased a fruit bouquet for a work colleague’s wife and she was delighted. The photos looked beautiful and she was very happy with the quality of fruit.
The delivery charge was high considering it wasn’t delivered until nearly 7pm, but would use Edible Blossoms again.

Communication good as I had issue with picking up order, this was resolved, second time I’ve ordered and selection boxes were good quality, would recommend.

Your company is horrible. Hostile to unsatisfied customers. Stating things that are not true in response to confrontation of appalling service. I too have all the correspondence available for screen shot to display everywhere and information on your website where I placed my order. If admitting your errors is so apprehensive just leave appropriately unsatisfactory reviews with no response from yourselves. Then maybe trying to hide all of your poor assessments might go unnoticed. But now I investigated a multitude of bad reviews of your company including mine where you are not correcting any of your errors. This is your company’s standard practice. Again, and for more revealing inappropriate responses by your company, I say shame on you.
