Lovely products excellent service and great communication can’t rate highly enough

Excellent service. Arrived in Scotland no problems. Beautiful fruit as always. Beautiful gift to send anyone .

Really disappointing service- the order was cancelled the day before delivery even though I ordered well in advance to arrive as a Mother’s Day gift. The reason given was couldn’t deliver to my area even though I had a delivery previously (approx 5-6 weeks before). Shame as it’s a decent product and nice gift but communication and customer service is poor.

This is my second order from Edible Blossoms and the fruit bouquet was as wonderful as the first.
I have only given 4 stars as I ordered a “50th birthday balloon” with the bouquet but when it arrived it just had a plain “happy birthday balloon”.

My friend was delighted with his gift. He told me that it was amazing and that he and his family said it was delicious.

Chose a small (floral) design.
It was firmly packed and presented in a box and cellophane.
Fruit in good condition. Needed to be firm to be able to (style) it, so to eat it, it is not soft.
After delivery, and admiration time(!) I took it apart to put in the fridge.
I have jus’d the strawberries, and eaten the melons over a couple of days.
Overall, a well presented and received gift. Something different.

I cannot praise the quality of service ,presentation and delivery of this little gem of a company
I have used them 5 times and on every occasion they have excelled !
On one occasion I had accidentally put my own address as the delivery address ( totally my own fault !) But the driver didn’t hesitate in rerouting to Mansfield- I was blown over by such customer service as were all my happy recipient! All of which are going to utilise the company in the future !
The chocolate covered fruit is always fresh and delicious 🤤 A super heartwarming surprise for any occasion!

This was a present to my sister from my daughter for her 80th Birthday, my sister was over the moon with it and may recommend to others.

The order arrived on time and well packed. When the packaged was opened there was an ice pack in there to keep the fruit fresh. The dipped strawberries were in a lovely box so when opened it was a lovely surprise. The strawberries were huge and covered in delicious luxury chocolate. They were amazing. Definitely will order from Edible blossoms again. I would rather have these delivered than flowers.

Awful service
Awful service. My parents bought me a fruit bouquet as a surprise for my 50th birthday. It didn’t arrive. No one informed them, they had to ring the company themselves to get answers. They were told the driver had a crash, which was why it wasn’t delivered. It arrived the following day, and whilst beautiful to look at, I don’t believe it was the size my parents paid for, plus a lot of the fruit was un-ripe.
My parents also ordered one for my sisters birthday yesterday. Interestingly enough if didn’t arrive either. Again my parents had to call them to find out the situation and this time edible blossoms hung up on them. Rude, uncalled for, and extremely bad service.
My father placed both orders by phone and wasn’t given an order number. However I’m 💯 sure it was your company as I’m looking right now at the leaflet included with my order with your email address on it.

My boyfriend ordered it for me as a Valentine's surprise, and they sent the wrong one, that was a cheaper one, and haven't replied the emails he has sent.
He paid £15 to get it delivered in London the day before valentine's. The delivery company left it at the wrong address and he had to spend 2h asking the neighbors if they have received it...

Really really loved it. The fruit bouquets don’t just look pretty but they are so luscious and so delicious as well. The fruit was so fresh and sweet. Didn’t know you could get fruit presented in this way. Absolutely love this idea.
Would definitely recommend as a gift to someone or even just to have a treat for yourself.

The strawberry dipped chocolates arrived exactly on time and were delicious. They were presented beautifully in an attractive box and make the most perfect unusual gift.

My wife loved her Chocolate Fruit Delight Blossom for Valentine's Day and there was enough to share with several people. Delivery was on time and the service was excellent. I would definitely order from Edible Blossoms again. Keep up the good work!

This was a wonderful surprise for my mum. I sent her chocolate dipped strawberries and she spent the whole day indulging in them. They were massive and fresh and juicy. Just wonderful.
