Same story as everyone else, ordered mid September and paid for product and postage. Now mid October and nothing! No replies to emails / Facebook messages. Really should be reported to Gardai for fraud which this clearly is.

Like all the other reviewers I ordered a cake topper in plenty time for my child’s birthday but it never arrived. None of my fb messages or emails were replied to nor was my money refunded. AVOID!

No idea what is going on with this company, have used them for 3 years with zero issues, everything was always on time and perfect. Ordered in August for my sons birthday in September, same as I have done the last 3 years, got an order confirmation and then absolutely nothing.... Radio silence... No cake topper, zero communication! Currently waiting on PayPal to resolve.

This company deserves no stars, just like the comments below, I ordered my product well in advance of needing it, it never arrived ( still hasn't) and not 1 email or Fb message has been answered. All I can say is avoid this sham of a company at all costs, it's a waste of your money and time

I feel like a right mug having used this website and not read these reviews. Ordered way back and only today realised the item didn't arrive. No contact from them. Auto reply on Facebook messenger from June. Perhaps the owner died and noone switched off the site.

Ordered a topper for a family birthday party which never arrived. Tried to make contact via every method available but received no response. Please don't use this company you will be disappointed and frustrated trying to get a response. Also make sure log a dispute with PayPal or Revolut, this might prompt some punctuality! I only discovered the negative reviews after.

Oh how I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order for my son's birthday.
There's been so many bad reviews of this "business" taking people's money it almost feels like a scam. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of customer service. Lack is the wrong word because there is absolutely zero. This is not how you run a business. STOP taking people's orders and money if you can't fulfill them. it's that simple.

Zero rating. Avoid this company. Money taken and no order received. No communication from them either following 3/4 emails sent to them.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered icing sheets for my daughter's birthday. I have yet to receive a dispatch email. I have sent emails, and Facebook messages and no response.

Do not waste your time or money. I ordered toppers for my daughter’s christening this Saturday (14/7/22). Monday (25/7/22)I realised I hadn’t got a dispatch email so I tried to follow up with an email to their customer services which bounced back. So I sent a message Mon & Wednesday to the Facebook with no reply. It’s now Thursday and they won’t arrive on time nor have they been dispatched to my knowledge as am getting no reply. Zero customer service or accountability. Order else where.

On 31st of May I ordered edible imige of this Business,i usually use different company, but this time i ordered only for reasons that client liked the edible image on their page. Page stated that due to communions and confirmations delivery time can take up to 5 days(at same time I ordered off different company and their delivery was within 2 days with post office, same delivery courier that this lady used). By the time I needed this edible print I had sent messages to her FB account with no response whatsoever from her side. After the date had passed I sent her message asking can I at least change the order, yet again no response. So few days later I sent a message asking to cancel my order completely. When I got no response I opened the case trough PayPal on 7th June, on the same day 7th June (8 days later from the date I ordered the item) she posted out that edible image that I did not need anymore,that I've been asking to exchange or cancel. I will never ever use this lady's services,and hope no one else does either.

Unreliable and unprofessional

I ordered from this website for a communion but my product did not arrive in time even though my order had been placed on time. I then had the stress and expense of trying to find a replacement last minute. I think I could have been understanding of a mistake or problem only for the fact that I contacted the owner about my order several times and she refused to reposed to any of my messages. Happy to keep my money though! Totally unfair and unprofessional.

Do not use this service: as per several other reviews here, I messaged before I placed my order to see if there was enough time for delivery. That is the only message to which I have received a personal response. The supplier encouraged me to place the order, saying that the time available should be fine. My account was debited. The delivery that I was assured within days did not arrive. I sent two further messages seeking a refund, I received only automated replies, even though my messages have been seen. This supplier was happy to take my money & sent the cake toppers two weeks late. Totally unreliable, disingenuous & unable to cope with their own order book. Do not use.

The customer service is appalling, they're happy to take orders but not so happy to respond to customers, the Facebook page is full of messages stating that they can't do this due to some reason or another or they'll do it if they have time, no professionalism at all.
They don't reply to emails as they don't have time but yet they have time to update their Facebook page.
If I could give zero stars I would as this business is unreliable with absolutely rubbish customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I contacted Lucy before ordering to confirm I would have the First Communion Topper on time. It didn’t arrive by the Friday so I contacted Lucy. I have contacted her three times. A week later I am still waiting for a response.

One very very upset little girl said it “Ruined” her day. She had spent ages picking out the topper she wanted and designing it for it to never arrive.

I am very disappointed to write this review, but I placed an order on this website in April and my account was debited. My order never arrived and despite 3 emails and 1 Facebook message requesting a cancellation & refund, I have had no response or acknowledgement. Avoid this unreliable supplier.

The staff at the Edible Cake Toppers positively and promptly reacted to my situation and shipped me the toppers by express mail for me to have them in time.
Furthermore, the toppers are of great quality, much better than the ones I have received in the past from their competitors.
