1st printer supplied was defective. Contacted them in the evening and new printer and cartridges sent out next morning.

If i could give zero stars I would! Absolutely terrible experience communicating with owner. Made my products without confirming images. Terrible communication. Owner has lost their passion for their job. Very disappointed that this has put a dampener on a very special occasion for my son’s birthday.
Product is also very overpriced for what it is.
