We purchased x2 sets of the ink…
We purchased x2 sets of the ink refills. It said on the website that they came with everything needed to refill, including the syringes. They both arrived with no syringes which made it difficult to refill and I got in contact via the form on the website to enquire why ours didn’t come and never got a response. Very poor customer service.
