Told me they had the old ps5 model for…

Told me they had the old ps5 model for $400 so I paid the invoice, then said they ran out of stock and would cost me $400 more for the pro, so I paid the updated invoice and a week later said that it would cost me $350 more because it was the newest console. Blatantly refuse to refund me my money and have blocked me from anny communication with them to chase it up. They keep saying the don't offer refunds and I need to send the extra money to get my goods. Massive scammers, do not ever use

Worst warranty support AVOID THEM

Worst warranty support AVOID THEM. Very dishonest. Jvc tv stopped working a couple of months after purchase. They took it from Croatia to hHungary to fix.
They returned it poorly fixed. Working but sometimes flickering. A year later problems Now they closed croatian shop. They are ignoring warranty laws and are lying about everything i ask them.

Just took $104 out of my bank account

Just took $104 out of my bank account. I've never heard of this company. I need my money back ASAP. There's not a phone number on my bank statement to call n demand a refund. Any suggestions about how to get my money or do I just have to use the $104?

Broken Russel Hobbs ricecooker 7 weeks later still no refund

I bought a Russel Hobbs rice cooker via Extreme Digital for the family. The lemon of a cooker was imported via Belgium. It was not possible to cook/steam rice. The boiling water came out like a fountain, the entire kitchen dirty and wet. The rice burned. I tried it several times with different rice before I returned it. Same Day picked up the cooker on October 27, 2022.

Today it's December 16, 2022.
I wrote at least 10 e-mails if not more to ask for my money back. Only the first e-mail was answered they said the refund would take place within two weeks.
I waited and am still waiting, 7 weeks passed. No response to my e-mails which had to be sent via eMAG.
I found an e-mail address of Extreme Digital and received an sms text with the answer I should send the cooker to them first because they never received it. I have proof the item is picked up and Extreme Digital received it. They even wrote in my eMAG account I receive the refund!

Till today customer service ignores my messages. No automatic response either. They simply do not care and keep the money.
I noticed the review and complaints about the rice cooker are not added to the site/item either. The company keeps pretending it is a great buy. Unsatisfied customers are not welcome.

Those who search the internet for the rice cooker I have will find reviews of people who deal with the same dangerous cookers.

It feels to me that eMAG and Extreme Digital (same shop) have no people working in customer service and no one cares about the finances if people need to be refunded.

The site states you can check your item before you pay which is not true.

They also state that if you register your visa or MasterCard you receive your money back within a few minutes (Instant Money Back) which is a lie too.

I strongly advise people not to buy at Extreme Digital. Do not buy if there is a chance/risk you need help, support, warranty, and customer service.

Buy at the Praktiker, Aldi, or Lidl where they take back unwanted gifts, that you do not need or are broke. At least in those shops, you can see what you buy.

It feels like a big scam. A shop with a customer service one cannot contact is a big NO.

Update Dec, 17/12/22: without any contact I received my payment back after sending at least 15 complaints by email in 7 weeks time.

Actual robbery and fraud

I bought a digital projector worth CZK 20,000 (~EUR800). It came with a problem in image quality, so I contacted the store and they asked me to send the projector back to them to check it for problems. They sent their own courier to pick it up and deliver it to their warehouse in Hungary, and the projector was successfully delivered within a week (tracking information). After that, I did not hear back from them for weeks. I contacted them myself and asked them what was going on but they replied to me saying that they don’t have the projector (note: it was a confirmed delivery through the tracking information). I shared all the information I had with them to help them, but they could still not find it. Eventually they stopped replying to me. It was impossible to reach them. I opened a case with COI (the local Czech Trade Inspection authority) and they refused to cooperate with them as well (their main store is based in Hungary and COI could not do much). I finally went to the court and got my money back after almost 4 years! I almost lost CZK 20,000 and plenty of hours of my life.
Stay away!

Avoid in a big loop if you care about consumer's rights

Prices may be attractive.
But when it comes to customer service and using the warranty, then they show their real face, how much they care about customers. Those crooks are Extremely bad in Digital shopping. They broke my bread baking machine when it was at their place for warranty repair. They couldn’t care less (Daniel-Senior customer service representative). Stay with Amazon, eBay, Alibaba and similar brand names for safer internet shopping.

Overall a good experience, a little more chaotic than other online services but quick and reliable

I bought a Canon G7 X Mark II from them. I read lots of bad reviews but tried my luck because of how cheap the camera was (more than 100 EUR saving). The delivery was perfect, no damages on the box, it took one day longer than they predicted (~1 week). Communication was fast through their support service. Overall a good experience, a little more chaotic than other online services but still quick and reliable.

Liars, fraudsters or completely unprofessional!!! oThey broke TV mechanically…

They broke TV mechanically completely!!! I sent them back TV since it had some defective horizontal lines, warranty hasn't expired. After one month I got TV back, that was mechanically damaged and not working at all. And they said it is not a warranty case, since mechanical damage. But I send them a working TV without any damages. I see two possible variants delivery damaged it and ExDig accepted even with completely broken package, they just broke it in their warehouse and send back. So they are either liars, fraudsters or completely unprofessional.

Nintendo Switch Miitopia - damaged box

I bought a Nintendo Switch Miitopia game that arrived in a thin envelope that doesn't inspire confidence.
The game box is badly damaged (cracked) on the lower part.
I had to throw away the box and order a new one online from another website, which is not cheap either. I took all the pictures the same day and sent the pictures and explanation to Extreme Digital. After 6 days they offered me 5% compensation. I thanked them and declined the ridiculous compensation. The new box itself is significantly more expensive.

Item stalled in warehouse ready to be delivered in 7 days and counting

The fridge I bought has been in the same status (pre-delivery) for 7 days now. On 2 occasions the customer service have confirmed the item is ready to be delivered yet it's still stalled in the warehouse. At the time of the purchase, the website stated that this item will be delivered between 18-22nd February. At 1.30pm on 22nd Feb, the customer service cannot tell me the day of delivery. Even if it were to be picked up from the warehouse today, it would take 1-2 working days to be delivered to my house. Customer service promised 2x they'd be emailing warehouse to get an update. Not sure if that has happened or not. All they can do is tell me to wait even more. Customer service people have been kind and professional, but it doesn't change the fact that they couldn't give me an actual response. I would expect an update from them when they emailed the warehouse and when they get a response.
I'm disappointed and frustrated. And I will make sure to avoid buying anything from this company again.

Failed to deliver

I paid for a monitor and waited 4 weeks to receive it.
It was not delivered.
No information about delay or about "we are sorry". Nothing.
When reaching the customer support, they confirmed "it is already on the way, I will receive very soon". But this was not at all true.
After 4 weeks then I received my money back.

Hands away!

Very very bad

Very bad help desk. You will get one purchase in many shippings within approx. a week... After the last package was with a big damage I didn't want keep it. I ordered 4 TV's. So after two days, nobody contact me, so I sent them an e-mail. They told me they don't have those TV's anymore...
Well, okay...
In the third day, i was searching for an other TV when I saw that they still have this TV, but just a bit more expensive. Thank you very much! Never ever again

Fraud and not a Scam

We have ordered and prepaid a kitchen device for 400 euros in November. Four times we have been told "it will be in delivery tomorrow". Its January and we have not received anything and calls are just useless.
This is not scam, its fraud. Do not order with this company.

Help me stop them before xmas sale scam

This store is SCAM. Be aware, they turned off support phone number, remove email support... If they scamed you too, report this as soon as possible to your bank or to Mastercard directly. We have to stop this company before xmas sale! They had huge promotion campaign for Black Friday, but now I expect that they will remove website store too very soon.

First order canceled, second went smoothly

I ordered a product (logitech z906) and recived a confirmation email.. 3 days later the order was canceled without email and without explanation.

Edit: After a customer service phone call, I received feedback and an email that the item was sold out.

Edit 2: A few days later, the speakers were back in stock. I ordered them again and everything went smoothly. The speakers arrived 4 working days after ordering (Austria)

Stay away! Untrusthworty!

Bought a TV and used it happily until it broke in warranty time. Sent it in for repair and it was damaged during transport or repair. Propably fell - the screen was broken all over. Clear case - needs to be refunded by the seller. But I had to get a lawyer - with additional costs - to claim my refund since ED blamed me for breaking the TV!!!
They finally agreed to refund - but not the costs for the lawyer - and said, they already did. What was a plain lie! They didn't.

Their terms of service states that they do not adhere to any code of conduct which is a clear sign for a untrusthworty business. Stay away and buy somewhere else! You can lose all your money in case of a problem. It isn't worth it.
