Mi son trovato molto bene con loro, hanno risposto velocemente alle email. Hanno gestito anche una prefatturazione per poter effettuare il bonifico per lavori di ristrutturazione.

Ho acquistato 2 barattoli di idropittura per € 150,43 il 31 dicembre 2020 e, nonostante abbiano visualizzato il pagamento il 4 gennaio, hanno spedito la merce con notevole ritardo, sebbene era prevista la spedizione in 5-7 giorni. Mi hanno inviato mail il 19 gennaio per comunicarmi il track number di spedizione con TNT ma hanno consegnato la merce ad altro corriere (DHL) dopo alcuni giorni. Ad oggi non ho ancora la vernice necessaria per lavori programmati per inizio mese. Ho fatto diverse segnalazioni chiedendo peraltro il rimborso della differenza di prezzo che c'era al momento per analogo prodotto da diverso fornitore, che ho pagato per ricevere i prodotti prima, ma al contrario di quanto comunicatomi, non mi hanno mai ricontattato e tantomeno rimborsato.
