A detailed schedule of work was created and shared with us. The guys who carried out the work were very professional and polite.

We needed a full re slate on >100m2 of roof. Darren and his team carried out the work safely and efficiently, providing a quality end product that I have confidence in for years to come. Communication was great throughout and the price was very competitive.

We were very pleased with the work and the process throughout. The work to repair the ridges on our roof was done to a very high standard. A number of visits were necessary due to poor weather conditions, and all the workmen that came were excellent, from the assessors through to the repairers. It is particularly useful to be sent photos of the roof as it’s impossible to see what needs done unless you are able to go up there.

Excellent workmanship on a roof that's been troublesome for many years: Fully confident that we have a permanent fix. From survey to completion no problems encountered (Scottish weather can obviously cause some delays!) and communication good throughout. The skills needed to do work like this properly should not be underestimated. Happy to recommend.

The quote from Edinburgh Borders was both competitive and well presented. The work was completed on schedule on budget. Communications were good with both workforce and office staff. happy with my dealings with Edinburgh Borders Roofing. After extremely heavy rain we had a leak - I received a quote and start date and needed scaffolding - which I was a bit concerned about. Work actually was completed before the start date given and scaffolding removed timeously. Good communication via email to their office with quick responses. This is the second time I’ve used them and happy with work so far. No leaks!!!!!

Contracted to install solar panel pidgeon proofing and gutter cleaning. Work was delayed because of a delay in ordering or supply of materials. Pinning down exact dates for scaffolding and work start was a little strained and sketchy, as was work start date after the scaffolding was up, but when work finally started I was very pleased with the result. I'm still waiting on the scaffolding coming down and hope I don't need to keep chasing about it.

They gave us a very competitive quote for the replacement of the flat roof and guttering on our tenement block, in addition to other necessary maintenance work needed on the building.
