Quick, reliable and tidy job, very happy with the service

All aspects of the service provided were first class. The receptionist picked up almost immediately and explained the service, likely prices and expected time of arrival. The locksmith was also prompt, and was able to fix the locks with little fuss.

The locksmith sent out, arrived within 30 minutes of my call, and was extremely helpful and polite. Alexander explained what was wrong with the locking mechanism, what was required to fix it and advised the cost of each part required, as well as the time charge, so I was aware of the full costs before the repair was carried out. Very happy with outcome.

We had to call as we were locked out of our house and chose a local number.
Technician arrived promptly within an hour and got is in to the house promptly.
He gave us an estimate to sort the mechanism and replace the lock that I had foolishly drilled out.
Seemed to be a good price for the work carried out and Would have been cheaper if I had not attempted myself. ( be warned )
The technician was very kind and adhered to vivid guidelines.
