Terrible communication
I have contacted them multiple times regarding an order issue, however they have failed to respond. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they offer no effective means of communication for resolving order problems. It is unacceptable that they respond to customer review but ignore direct emails, which severely undermines their brand integrity.
