I had purchased a bad on Editorialist…
I had purchased a bad on Editorialist but it was no longer available. I received an email from the agent saying she had found it and it was less money and was sending it. It was not quite the same one so I returned it however I was not sure whether or not I had to pay the shipping fees and was very concerned about this. I contacted editorial list and I was reassured by a very kind.Jovelle that I would not be charged for shipping and any other expenses. She was very kind and professional.

Bought from the site, it was available in my size and the order was confirmed. Days later, they emailed me back saying the item is no longer available. I checked the website where they have inventory and my size was indeed in stock, as well as other sizes they “claimed” to have been sold as well. Very unsure about the legitimacy of the business

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The company had no problem charging my card immediately, but completely failed to provide any order updates or shipping information afterward.
The item I purchased was out of stock and should never have been charged in the first place. Instead of canceling the order and issuing a refund, they charged me and went silent for weeks. I understand that issues can happen, but basic communication and order updates are the bare minimum. The situation was only resolved after I opened a dispute with my bank, then suddenly, the refund was processed the very next day. That alone speaks volumes about their lack of accountability. Customer service is extremely slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. They only take action when forced. Had I not filed a dispute, I likely would have never been informed that the item was out of stock, and who knows how long they would have held onto my money without doing anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
