Paul did very good job in checking EPC for our property. His time keeping is very good. He’skeep us informed before and during the appointment. We will use his service again if he is available.

Second time I used this company.
I had only one window of opportunity (next day and just before Xmas) to get an EPC in my rental property.
EDJ went the extra mile, reorganizing schedules to fit me in.
30 minutes after my contact I was given a confirmed appointment.
19 hours later I had an EPC.

Their Surveyor was punctual, knowledgeable, businesslike and a pleasure to deal with.

I must mention integrity here.
The surveyor was the same person EPC sent for my previous survey; EDJ (is an efficient and lean outfit). He reminded me that I'd over-paid (in cash) for it by £5 as we couldn't organize the correct change; Therefore this invoice was £5 below list price.
Rare and refreshing in this day and age.

So yes. I wholeheartedly recommend EDJ and will return to use any of their other services myself.

I've used Paul for two of my properties, and have recommended him to my friends, as he is professional, easy to communicate with and very reliable. In addition to EPC's he also provides PAT testing and Legionella testing so everything can be done at the same time, dealing with just one person. He's also very knowledgeable and up to date with the current landlord legislation and regulations, to make sure you don't inadvertently miss a test or certificate that could have legal or financial implications down the line. 5 stars service!

Paul Fisher was extremely efficient and reliable which is often hard to find these days. His response to all enquiries was almost immediate and very clear and easy to understand. Paul was very thorough and informative as to what is available nowadays which was appreciated as I know very little in these areas.
