The staff at Edlets were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't receive the requests they had sent to my email but 9nce i rang, they redirected the requests immediately. Would recommend Edlets!

Very bad experience and disappointed for the property! The place not clean, the door, floor, wall are crash or damaged. The hot water temperature instability, shower sprinkles water very weakness.
We booked for one month but really unacceptable so we only stayed one night.
After that we told landlord we were moved out and won’t return to the property and request refund, then he has many excuse and rejected. He cancelled my booking in edlets and ask me return the key by post.
But I think it is unreasonable why I need pay the delivery charge so I go back to the apartment for return the key. But unfortunately the landlord replaced the door lock…
I fully paid for one month and he don’t refund, that mean we have the right for in or out to this property within my booking period even I don’t want to live there, why he can cancel my booking and changed the lock?!

Site is a little clunky/mid-2000s themed, but perfectly functional with all the features you could need.

If ever visitng Edinbrough again for a week or more I'll be sure to use Edlets for accomodation over airbnb or hotels.
