Sent me the wrong product. Didn’t make it right.
Sent a product that was different from what was shown on their website. I asked them to replace it with the shirt shown on the website and they told me I had to pay the $50 shipping fee to send back the incorrect product they sent me. I disputed the charge and sent it for investigation with my credit card company. They fought it and got the charge back on my card for the total amount. Buyer beware. Bad business.

Missing items in order and not owning up to mistake
After couple of days, I received an email that 1 of the items I ordered (3 in total) was sold out already. It was actually the one item I was really looking forward to. When I received the remaining order, the sizes didn't fit so I wanted to return it. They asked me for 13 EUR shipping costs (Germany to Spain) which seems ridiculous, especially when they made a mistake with the order. I thought it was actually a really cool brand, but the customer service ruined it for me.
