Brilliant communication, quick and secure shipping. Good prices. 10/10 service!

Fast and friendly service, replies to queries came promptly and very accommodating when I asked for an ad hoc update. Packaged ridiculously well when returned to me. Will/am using their service again and I'm happy to recommend to everyone else to use them too.

I was looking to have my first grading done and with PSA currently not accepting orders I looked elsewhere. I looked up CGC and was pointed in Ed's direction. I followed the instructions on the site, filled out the form and informed Ed that I was sending them.
Ed had informed me that the prices from CGC were increasing so to get them in soon. I was informed that my cards had arrived with pictures of them which was appreciated. I was then sent the payment information and Ed confirmed it was put in that day before the increase.
All in all very simple and helpful from Ed, I am just awaiting for the cards to go through the process. I have more I am looking to get graded and will be using Ed again.

Great customer service! Had purchased 1 too many of an item that they refunded immediately. Decided to grab another item the next day before they shipped it out and they combined it with the previous order to save on shipping costs. Highly recommend!
