Great service, I went for dental implants in Turkey through EDS. They were brilliant from the start, I was met at the airport and drove to the hotel which was lovely and they arranged for me to be picked up the day after for my dental treatment. Cannot fault them what so ever.

I can't express how thrilled I am with my new teeth! This has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I couldn't have done it without the incredible support from EDS Medical.
Emma was fantastic, putting me at ease and addressing all my questions and concerns.
Upon arriving at Antalya Airport from the UK, my partner and I were warmly welcomed and transported to a wonderful hotel where we were well cared for.
At Tantalya Dental Clinic, I was greeted by Jack, who also served as my concierge. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
My dentist, Yunus Emre, is nothing short of amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and showed such genuine care. His attention to detail and precision were exceptional. The entire team at Tantalya and EDS Medical has been outstanding. Thank you everyone

I was looking for implants back in February 2024. I came across EDS MEDCARE & contacted them. Esra & Angie answered all my questions. I had a few video calls with them & booked up. I came over on 23rd May 2024 for the start of the process. On the morning I was picked up by a guy called Emre. He made me feel welcome and the little bit of anxiety I had he assures me. He is a really nice guy. I then met Esra, who once again told me the process & what was going to happen. I was assured during my messages for 2 months with Esra & Angie but I was still a little nervous. My teeth were all shattered, missing teeth & fillings. The doctor Emre (another one). He is fantastic at his job. I had route canal sinus uplift and my veneers put in on a 3 day visit. I am back in Turkey now for extraction & implants.

That was my experience. But the main part of this review is for an opinion. I can not thank EDS enough what they have done for me. I now have a smile I now have confidence. All of the staff are so professional & friendly. So anyone reading this review, please consider EDS. It’s a great experience from start to finish. Prices, the clinic & the staff is money well spent.

Right from the start of our treatment, we have had a very good experience with eds medcare. All staff very professional and welcoming, Angie is extremely helpful. Our hotel was lovely which was provided by eds med care and also transfers provided. We are so happy with our outcome and definitely will be recommending to family and friends

At first I was a little skeptical, but once I arrived and we begun the process I knew I was in good hands, there’s not one thing I can point out and say “yeah that could of been better” absolutely spot on all the staff, the hospitality, they truly go the extra mile for you and I would recommend anyone to use their services, just want to say a big Thankyou to everyone from the doctors to the medical assistant will definitely be coming back.

Out of all the places I researched and intensely so, these people EDS med care, were by far the best option for me.
From the beginning of my journey in February 2023 I was treated with respect, dignity and compassion. I was treated like family.
The communication was clear and the process was easy.
The price was in my budget and I was well cared for and looked after.
My teeth and my needs were met to the highest care and standards. Each time was included in the process and communicated with.

All medication was included in the package and I was well looked after by the team. The surgeon who started the process was very professional and acknowledging to my care needs and dental desires.

I want to recommend these to anyone looking to go through the services they offer and feel as valued as I was.
Honestly by far the best care and was able to have a painless experience with a chance to enjoy a few days of holiday as well and bring a companion to support me which was needed.
You can upgrade your package to a bette quality of holiday. I would recommend paying the extra money for the kaya hotel if you like the luxury package like myself which includes massage pallor’s, saunas, swimming indoor pool at around 40 degrees & an outdoor pool at body temperature at 37 degrees and another unheated pool which was a lot cooler but ideal for hot weather. It has also a gymnasium, Medicare on site including medical treatments and spa facilities. Breakfast was included. I tried all the menus at possible, which were to the highest standards and budget friendly.
Taxi services were included from the flights to the destination of the dental practice. The driver was kind enough to buy my wife a magnet to take home and my antibiotics when I got a bite infection, something that he didn’t need to do or was contracted to do. It’s these little things that means a lot.
I will not be attending anywhere else apart from here and will be recommending these to my friends & family.

I had gastric sleeve surgery 6 days ago and I am almost 1 stone down.

I contacted EDS Med Care & spoke with Emma who answered all my questions.
She put me in touch with a fellow Scot who had the surgery recently. I also had a FaceTime call with Prof Mutlu Unver who also answered all of my questions.

When arrived in Izmir I was picked up at the airport in a vip transfer and taken straight to the hospital. Upon arriving at Galen hospital at around midnight (it’s a private hospital) I was met with Angie. She was my translator and was just brilliant. She stayed with me whilst I had all of my pre op tests carried out. From memory the tests carried out were blood tests, X-ray and ecg, dietician and psychiatrist. Tests were finished by around 2am and Angie left me to rest before my op next day.

Although the hospital staff didn’t speak great English they understood what I was asking and used google translate to help when required. My room floor was cleaned twice a day. My husband was my companion and was fed breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack throughout the day. There is also an onsite cafe where he ate. He slept in the hospital room on a sofa bed. The room had air con, wardrobe, safe, tv and a shower room/toilet. I would recommend taking a firestick. The hospital had an accident & emergency department as well as a high dependency unit which were important for me.

When it was my time to go to theatre I was a nervous wreck, it’s very busy down there and lots going on. The anaesthetist asked if I was nervous and told me not to worry. I was switched from my hospital bed to a surgery bed when the anaesthetist told me he was going to make me a little sleepy. I didn’t realise at this point that was me going under but I think that was a good tactic because at this point I was still thinking I could say no if I wanted to ☺️☺️.

I was then woken up with a gentle tap to the face and taken to recovery. I was cold so they brought me a heater that blew hot air under my blanket.

I was taken back to my room and slept on and off for the whole night. The nurses were fantastic. I was on a drip and my pain relief was given without me having to ask for it. I was topped up with anti sickness for the next two days, I think this was needed as I did feel sick a couple of times.

To check for leakage I was given blue liquid to drink, it tastes fine. I was also taken down for another xray to test for leakage. Angie was with me for this.

Whilst I had no pain from my stomach, I had pain in my shoulder from the gas used during surgery. To combat this I walked the corridor of the hospital, moved my arms and sipped on water. I think it was the water that helped the most. I also had a peppermint tea. When the gas finally passed it was a huge relief.
I was visited by Emma at hospital where she presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers which was a lovely little touch.

Upon discharge I was visited by Prof Dr Mutlu Unver who did some final checks and wished me well. My drain was removed and dressings were applied. I was prescribed stomach protectors, pain relief and antibiotics upon discharge. These were left at the hotel reception for me. I’m not sure if this is standard practise or because I was discharged on a Sunday.

I was taken to a hotel around 30 mins away. Kaya termal spa. The hotel was really lovely. It had a couple of pools, spa and restaurant. I didn’t feel like sitting in the heat so preferred to sit on the sofas in the lobby. The food in the hotel looked incredible, my husband told me the food was delicious 😋. We paid £60 to have a late check out. We were picked up by a private transfer and taken to the airport around 3 hours before our flight.

I am delighted with the service I received from EDS, the hospital staff and the hotel staff. I realise my review is a long one but I thought it was important. I did find it difficult to find an in depth review when researching. If it weren’t for the lovely Emma putting me in touch with a fellow Glaswegian I’d still be researching now.

Tips:-

•take English notes to pay for the procedure. Card payment is accepted but there is an extra charge.
•a blanket for the fight home
•cup a soups and cartons of apple juice for when you’re allowed them
•ask for a spare wound dressing. My drain wound needed changed before bed at the hotel. I ended up getting a taxi to the medical market for a fresh sterile waterproof dressing. Please do not be alarmed by this, it’s just one of those things.

I first got in touch with Esra who beat all quotes that I had previously for the work I needed done, from the first contact with Esra the customer service was first class and that’s why I decided on EDS Medcare, Emre was my driver to the clinic and was brilliant from the first visit to the second visit and very friendly I originally went in January and had 14 crowns, two extractions a bone graft and 4 implants , no pain after the numbing , on the second visit I had the implant teeth fitted and 7 crowns again no pain after numbing ,Doctor Emre was brilliant and made you feel at ease and Esra and Emre were there also the whole time in the clinic so communication was no problem, the surgeons for the implants were first class as well and again no pain after numbing, the clinic was spotless and very hygienic and the hotels were great and very clean with well stocked fridge, I would definitely recommend EDS medcare for anyone looking to get dental work done as the price and service was amazing, Thankyou

Just had full mouth zirconium teeth on 12 implants sinus lifts and bone graft with the team it’s a lot of work to get there but good service all the way and worth it in the end thanks again paul

Very friendly, helpful and professional from the offset. I travelled alone for my surgery and the staff made me feel so welcome!
My interpreter kept me in the loop from the beginning and stayed in touch with me throughout my trip and still keeps in touch now. I made amazing choice by picking EDS 👏

I was at the Dent Bravo Clinic to have my zirconia crowns made and I was welcomed by Emre, who provided all the necessary attention and comfort, exceeding our expectations and I was very happy with the overall service. We stayed at the Hotel Ontur provided by Emre and we had a lot of comfort because the hotel is great, I'm very happy with the result of my teeth and I highly recommend it ♥️

I cannot recommend eds Medcare highly enough. From the get got we were treated very well, nothing was a problem and every effort was made to make sure we were comfortable and at ease.

From start to finish on my 1st visit me and my friend were treated like royalty. The vip transfer from airport to hotel was first class. Hotel was lovely and exactly like we were promised. Then we met of course Emre at hotel pick up to go to clinic. What a top man and really really helpful keep up the great work. The dental clinic is spotlessly clean and all staff were lovely and dental doctors are first class. I currently had my implants and other work completed with no pain what so ever. Great care received, very attentive and nothing was too much. Surgeons visited after surgery and explained how the procedures went. Translator at our disposal 24/7 which was extremely useful, nurses in the hospital very friendly and helpful too. Hotel stay before and after procedure was amazing, definitely a high quality hotel.

I went to Izmir 4 weeks ago for a gastric sleeve through the company Eds. I’ve currently lost nearly 2 stone in that short space of time. I can’t thank them enough, all the team, the hospital staff were faultless. Highly recommend!

I had a great treatment from EDS Med Care. Actually, I didn't expected this much good journey. Their doctors such a talented and also they were so kind. Also, I'd like to their language assistant because she helped us every step on our treatment and explain detailly everything about my treatment.
