I had a mixed experience with Edu4U.
On the positive side, they supported me with the university application process and helped me access student finance, which I appreciate.
However, I experienced several issues with communication and transparency. Some key information was not clearly explained from the beginning, particularly regarding the actual structure of classes (online vs on-campus), which turned out to be different from what I was initially told. This required me to reorganise my work commitments.
In addition, I often had to follow up myself to obtain updates, both regarding the student loan process and other stages of the enrolment. While support was available, it was not always proactive.
Regarding the laptop offer, the conditions and requirements were not clearly communicated from the start and appeared to change during the process, which was frustrating.
Overall, the service was helpful in parts, but the experience would benefit significantly from clearer communication, consistency, and better expectation management.

Mi experiencia con Edu4U ha sido mixta.
Por un lado, me ayudaron con el proceso de acceso a la universidad y con el préstamo estudiantil, lo cual valoro positivamente.
Sin embargo, he tenido varios problemas relacionados con la comunicación y la transparencia. Parte de la información clave no se explicó claramente desde el inicio, especialmente en relación con la estructura real de las clases (online y presencial), que resultó ser diferente a lo que se me indicó en un principio. Esto me obligó a reorganizar mi trabajo.
Además, en varias ocasiones tuve que hacer seguimiento por mi cuenta para obtener información y avances, tanto en el proceso del préstamo como en otros aspectos de la inscripción.
En cuanto al portátil, las condiciones no se comunicaron claramente desde el principio y han ido cambiando durante el proceso, lo cual resulta frustrante.
En general, el servicio ha sido útil en algunos aspectos, pero claramente mejorable en términos de transparencia, consistencia y gestión de expectativas.
