I was applying for a visa for a Zimbabwean friend, which made the process more complicated, as a guarantee fee (@$525 usd) is required to ensure the traveller returns to Zimbabwe. I was originally confused between edubaivisa.ae and edubaivisa.com, and tried to track my application on the wrong site, so be aware. I was only informed about the additional (refundable) guarantee fee after I had paid the initial visa fee, and was concerned I had been hacked. I was wrong. My traveling friend was instructed to send a picture of his departing boarding pass once he returned to Zim. In spite of their assurances, I was out $700+ and anxious until the visa arrived in my friend's email a week later. The $525 guarantee fee was refunded to my credit card less than a week after I submitted the boarding pass pictures, which I did through the chat. Please feel confident using this company!

I applied for a visa to Dubai with them last month and the visa got rejected. They had to send my money back but they haven't sent it for three weeks now they keep sending worse messages that they are waiting for they immigration to send the money, I don’t understand why would immigration reject someone’s visa and not send back their money unless they are thieves. I need my money and I will report this matter to authorities if not resolved please. I worked for my money scammers ain’t just gonna eat it for free no .

They are amazing. They respond quickly to all queries. I got my visa the next day after having a problem with Emirates Airlines' visa portal. I was so worried that I wouldn't get my visa. I'm so grateful I found this company. I reapplied for my visa even though I submitted the first application with Emirates Airlines' visa portal, which has been on hold for two weeks!

The application is so easy. They only asked for a copy of your passport and a photo. Filling out short forms is easy. You are only sharing information that they need, which makes you feel safe. They will not ask for any other documents. Highly recommended!!
