Excellent support from my tutors Emma & Gill, they where happy to explain anything I did not understand fully and supported me step by step, and they kept me up to date with any changes. Only thing I would have liked was that there was some face to face session, but the Teams sessions were good.

My experience with education and skills has been amazing!! My tutor Rachel has gone above and beyond to help me get to where I am today ready to take my final exam. Rachel has been amazing and has been so support and helpful with me. Any work set if I am unsure Rachel has helped me and given me further guidance until I am 100% sure on what I am doing. Can’t thank her enough !!

At the very beginning of my journey with Functional Skill, I did not like the course because there was no help provided at all. I struggled a lot but since last year, they provided a Jessica as a tutor. She gave me many one-to-one support and thus was able to pass both Maths and English exams. I feel happy how they provided support eventually and helped prepare me for my exams. I hope they will provide tutors to other learners too.

I am completing a Level 4 School Business Professional Qualification through Education & Skills. I found this provider after having issues with another provider and could not be any more grateful that I did. My tutor, Linda, is incredibly supportive and is always on hand to offer advice. The tutorials offered are in depth and I have gained so much knowledge and developed my skills during this qualification. I feel like this course is preparing me well for the next steps in my career and would highly recommend it.

I am undertaking the Level 6 Career Development Professional course with Education and Skills. I find the staff extremely supportive, helpful and easy to access to answer any questions or queries. The content is very relevant to my role and I feel that I am already a better Employment Advisor (around a third of the way through my course). I would recommend the company.

The course was good and very relevant to my current role. The course content was broken down in to modules that cover all of the elements of the School Business Manager's responsibilities. My personal Tutor was there with me all of the way and provided clear guidelines, support and encouragement.

I would recommend the course to anyone who is either new to the School Business Manager role or to an experienced School Administrator who is looking to develop their career.

After a bumpy start getting set up and starting my 18 month apprenticeship, I am at the end of my course and can reflect. I found the training sessions informative and beneficial. They changed how the sessions were ran halfway through which meant you only had to attend if you hadn't completed the assignment for that course yet. This saved time as the assignments for level 3 and level 4 didn't run in order. My tutor was amazing and would read all my level 3 and level 4 work to see what standards had been met, rather than duplicating the assignment questions. I have learnt so much from my tutor Penny and from the trainers that I feel confident in my role and was successful in my EPA. Penny would be happy to book in additional meetings and answer questions by email to support me in my learning journey.

My tutor, Linda, is absolutely lovely. My experience so far has been great — I’m really enjoying learning and developing my knowledge alongside my role. Linda is always so helpful and supportive, and she’s always on hand whenever I need guidance. I feel really well supported on this journey.

My experience was great because of the great teachers. My tutor was really good and helped me a lot she was always available to help.

I am currently over half way through my CEIAG course with Education and skills and have really enjoyed my time studying so far. I have regular checks up with my tutor, my work is marked extremely quickly and comments on work are always fair and easy to rectify.
My tutor gives in-depth and constructive feedback which I find really helpful for my learning. If I need an answer for a question I usually send a quick answer to my tutor and replies are almost straightaway. We use OneFile for work resources and submissions which can be hard to navigate in the beginning but after time it has become easier. I recommend this course for those who are interested in the CEIAG sector to consider Education and Skills if you find regular guidance and lots of useful resources helpful.

An incredibly professional team. I have really felt that my training was very relevant and current to the fast changing nature of careers and education.
I returned to study after a very long gap, and I am truly glad that I took the opportunity to retrain. I have been very much supported and encouraged by friendly and knowledgeable tutors.

As someone who has a learning difference and has not studied for many years, moving back into learning was a very daunting challenge. There were many times that I simply thought, ''I cant do this, I'm not good enough'' but with the support of my tutors and the constant encouragement, I have pushed myself to be the best version of myself possible.

I honestly do not believe I could have gotten this far without their constant support and believing in me, even when I didn't believe in myself.
