Laura supported our Year 11 & 13 Mock Interview Event here at Whitburn Academy today and did a fantastic job supporting our students. She went above and beyond by filling gaps caused by a couple of other provider absences which was very much appreciated and meant that all students had a positive experience. Her support is very much appreciated.

This is my first time working for an agency and it has been amazing, I have worked with a lady called Beverly that has gave me lots of new experience in different schools and now I have had the pleasure to work with a lady called Charlotte Simpson that has gave me a 2 week placement in esh winning and now its looking promising for me to have a full time place at the school. She has been keeping me upto date on the progress of me getting a full time place and is very nice, the school is amazing and the staff at the is just as nice.

This is my first time working through an agency and I can honestly say it has been a seamless journey so far! Matt Marlow has given me endless support and guidance during the whole process, and continues to be there for me to this day. Excellent Employee support
In the early stages when I registered with Education World as a full time student, getting shifts to work was a problem as most schools were looking for full time teaching assistants. Emma Kemp, consistently assured me of finding part time roles which indeed happened. Her regular updates and quick responses to queries were really encouraging. I have recommended Education World to others and will keep doing so for their excellent employee support. However, there is more room for improvement.

From the initial phone call with Emma at Education World up until my time now, it has been absolutely wonderful. I cannot fault Education World.
Emma has been professional, courteous and extremely dedicated to finding the most suitable role for my requirements. She communicated each step and always updated me throughout the registration process and when navigating roles that she put me through.
I've been fortunate to have worked a few day to day roles in between long term roles. My current role that Education World put me through has now offered me a permanent contract and I am grateful for Emma for the many discussions with the headteacher to work out the best working situation after coming off maternity leave.

I've been there since june

I have alot of difficulties in myself and my own family that sometimes effect my work, but Emma is so kind and understanding which makes me feel so free and I control of the work I do. Not once has she ever got upset when I couldn't do something, or get myself in a tizz. I've really enjoyed every job I've taken.

Tiddlywinks Centre is a children’s not for profit organisation providing childcare & family support to families in Sheffield.
As an organisation, we have always employed staff through direct recruitment. Due to the current challenges in staff recruitment in the sector we decided to explore the use of an agency. After meeting with James Bowskill, and seeking a recommendation from another nursery setting, we decided to try recruiting through Education World. Education World have offered a professional and responsive service. We currently have a nursery nurse practitioner on a Temp to perm contract.
We would recommend Education world to any other nursery provision seeking support with recruitment.

After initially being sceptical of a recruitment agency James and his team soon changed my opinion. Fenwood nursery work really closely with James and the team from EW. I can honestly say they helped us to survive last term. With the demand for nursery places and the shortage of staff, they were fantatsic. James has also managed to find us some fanatsic permanent staff members. Would 100% reccommend for any nurseries/schools to use!

Thanks to Richard and EW my move to the UK was very smooth. Richard was such a great support to me with finding the perfect school which catered to my personality. He was a very considerate mentor. Very quiet, pleasant and supportive.
