Unexpected automatic renewal and no response after refund refusal
I paid €13.90 for one month of Educly access. I did not knowingly agree to an ongoing subscription or automatic renewal at €39.99. After approximately one month, €39.99 was taken from my account.
I did not use the renewed subscription benefits. I contacted Educly to cancel the subscription and requested a full refund. They offered me only a 60% refund, which I declined. Since I declined the partial refund, they have not contacted me again or replied to my follow-up emails.
Please check the renewal terms carefully before purchasing and monitor your bank statements. This review describes my personal experience.

Regarding your refund request, our support team already explained by email that the refund eligibility period had expired. Despite this, we still offered you a 60% refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though we were under no obligation to do so under our refund policy.
Unfortunately, declining an exceptional offer does not change the original terms of the subscription or extend the refund deadline.
We understand that you would have preferred a full refund, but dissatisfaction with previously disclosed conditions does not necessarily mean those conditions were unclear.
Our support team remains available should you wish to reconsider the solution already offered.

⚠️ BEWARE OF EDUCLY
Extremely misleading ads and does not deliver as promised. I was very disappointed with my experience with Educly. The lessons were basic, and the portal was extremely difficult to navigate. You cannot easily review previous lessons or jump back to topics you want to revisit.
There are also additional charges for extras, and the subscription can continue billing you USD $39.99 per month.
What concerned me most was how difficult it was to cancel. I emailed requesting cancellation, but received no response. I also found it impossible to cancel the subscription through the Educly portal.
I eventually had to contact PayPal for help resolving the issue.
