Fantastic company! Definitely one of the best places I've worked at. Organization and communication is top notch. Courses are provided and payment is always on time. Never had any issues. One thing to note is it may take some time to get your weekly roster full enough.

EdunionUK is a very organized and efficiently run organization. They provide real-time support to their teachers and students, as well as answers to all questions related to teaching. They are always willing to provide additional resources or work through a problem with a teacher.

My interview was conducted with Micha, who was exceptionally kind and supportive. Even though I am not confident in interviews, she guided me through the process with understanding and patience, recognising how nervous I was. Every stage of the hiring process was clearly explained, and she either provided the answers to my questions directly or showed me where to find them.

In the early stages, when I had completed my training but still felt nervous about starting with a new company, Micha and the team guided me patiently through everything. I am very grateful for the Edunion team.

What makes the company stand out is that they not only encourage teachers to take on more classes but also provide genuine choice and guidance. They do not simply instruct you on what to do; they support you in achieving it. This approach is invaluable.

The support I have received has been tremendous, and now, after 1 year and 3 months with the company, I am as happy as ever. Sometimes I even wish we all worked in one big office so that I could bring in something as simple as a box of doughnuts to show my appreciation.

I was initially excited when this company reached out to express interest in my background. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Despite multiple follow-ups, they were unable to provide something as simple as a confirmed interview time or date. Communication was vague, inconsistent, and ultimately led nowhere.

If this is how they handle potential candidates, I can only imagine the level of disorganization within the company itself. A very frustrating and disappointing process.

Edunion UK is brilliant. It is by far the most organized company I've ever worked for. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The lessons are well organized. Their policies are fair, and they are very accommodating when one has to take leave for personal events such as weddings, celebrations, travel, etc. To top it off, they also pay better than any company I know. I can't see somebody being unhappy working for Edunion UK.

I have been working with Edunion UK for over a year. They are the best online teaching company in my view. The students are an interesting mix of nationalities, the staff is friendly and helpful and the hours are as you choose.

I was a primary school teacher for more than 10 years before transitioning to teaching online. I've now been working with Edunion for more than a year and it's been a brilliant experience. I was nervous about making the jump out of the classroom, and I do still miss it sometimes, but the support and advice I received was very helpful to make the transition smooth.
I have worked with a couple of other online schools, and my experience with Edunion has been by far the best. Our students are wonderful. The course material is high quality and does not require much adaptation. The online classroom we use is fairly straightforward and there is plenty of tech support available if you have any issue. But the biggest factor for making it work well is that the admin team are organised, quick to respond and receptive to feedback. For example, the system for sharing homework with the students has been improved significantly since I began. The systems are well organised. For example, I’ve never had issues with pay, my schedule matching my pupils’ schedules or accessing material. There is some scope for giving feedback on the courses and using professional judgement to adapt things to individual students, which is lovely after a decade in the mainstream school system. I have overwhelmingly found my colleagues to be polite, kind and professional. I appreciate the efforts which have been made to do some community building between teachers (quizzes, photo competitions etc) even though we are scattered all over the world.

Edunion is a fantastic company to work for. They’re well-organised and professional, with a dedicated admin team available around the clock to support their teachers. The onboarding process is thorough, ensuring teachers are fully prepared to use the systems and platforms and understand the internal procedures. Micha, the HR manager, is incredibly approachable and always happy to answer questions, as is the rest of the admin team.

Like with other online ESL companies, teachers build their schedules by opening availability, and while it can take a little time to fill up, it’s completely normal. Once my schedule was full, it’s been smooth sailing. Edunion provides all the teaching resources you need, so there’s no lesson planning involved—just some prep, which is brilliant. They also have their own interactive platform called Neukol, which I really enjoy using.

I’ve been with Edunion for over two years now and couldn’t be happier with how they operate. They’re well-managed, have great resources, always pay on time, and are honest about their expectations. Communication is excellent, with a weekly newsletter and updates about any last-minute cover classes or important events, like Chinese New Year, that might affect schedules.

Overall, I feel really supported and valued working for Edunion, and I’d recommend them to any teacher looking for a reliable and enjoyable company to work with!

I've been teaching with Edunion for over a year and am very happy with the personalised approach from the managers and staff. Most students are in China, so if you can work evenings China time (from around 11 a.m. UK time) you'll get more classes. The per class rate is much higher than other companies, a good side Job to have.

I've been working for this company for nearly 2 years and it's the best online teaching company that I've ever worked for. The admin staff are great and the communication is clear.
The students are amazing, they all want to learn. The courseware is understandable and straight forward to use. The admin team are always on call should you need help or explanations.
There are also monthly activities for teachers to join which gives the teachers the opportunity to bond with others, learn more things and become a better version of themselves through extra courses.
