I taught with 5 mentors; every week, their mentor got changed, and they are not worth teaching. Also, their content was not good either. It's been 5 months; I am asking for a refund. They are just making excuses that it is not in our policy.

Please do not join any of the courses from here; they are fraud.

My experience with Edureka was a complete waste of money and time. It is a SCAM which initially sounded genuine. They wait until you pay your moey then they telling you lies and recycled some online resources. They hire their own scumbags to teach and make you feel it genuine. Once you completed the course, you wont see your certificate. Like me, I didn't get my certificate upon completing the course. I regretted enrolling and planning to sue them. If you're thinking about signing up, Please DONT. They are SCAM. Just another Indian SCAM who has set up the business for illegal money making by luring and cheating people who wanted to do better in their life.

I enrolled in a CEH course from Edureka, and they offered me lifetime validity for my course access and EC Council Vouchers, but they did not send them to me. Moreover, they informed me that the cost of Examination vouchers is included in the offered package but they were never sent to me. They are bogus and unethical so please do not fall into their trap.

I am escalating a serious concern regarding my Edureka Platinum Membership and the lack of response from your support team.

I was induced to purchase Edureka’s Platinum Membership through false and misleading representations made by your sales representatives. Before I enrolled, I was explicitly told that, as a Platinum Member, I would have the right to enroll in any new course introduced by Edureka without paying additional fees and that I could repeat any course an unlimited number of times. These representations were a material factor in my decision to pay a substantial amount for the membership.

However, the actual service I am receiving does not match what was promised. In addition, I am facing a separate issue where there are no live batch classes scheduled for the course I purchased, and despite multiple emails and calls, I have not received a proper response from support.

I strongly caution anyone considering enrolling with Edureka. Do not rely on verbal assurances or email promises made by their sales representatives. Based on my experience, these representations may not be honored after you have made your payment. One piece of advice: never pay the entire fee upfront. If installment payments are available, spread your payments over the maximum possible period. Based on my experience, this gives you leverage if the company fails to honor the commitments made during the sales process and allows you time to seek a resolution before paying the full amount.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Edureka.

I have been associated with Edureka since 2022/2023 and have invested more than ₹1,00,000 in various courses and learning programs. I purchased the Platinum Membership based on the assurance that I would be able to attend eligible future live training programs without paying additional course fees (excluding university-affiliated degree, PG, or doctoral programs).

Recently, when I requested enrollment in the Advanced Certification in Agentic AI Engineering live batch, I was informed that I would have to make an additional payment. This is completely contrary to the commitments made when the Platinum Membership was sold to me.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of customer support. I have sent multiple emails over the past several weeks seeking clarification and resolution, but I have not received any meaningful response. Being ignored after investing more than ₹1,00,000 and remaining a loyal customer for years is extremely frustrating.

I have records of the commitments made during the membership purchase and expected Edureka to honor them. If the Platinum Membership benefits have changed, existing members should be informed transparently instead of being asked to pay again for courses they were led to believe would be included.

I sincerely hope Edureka resolves this issue, honors the commitments made to Platinum Members, and significantly improves its customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Platinum Membership until these concerns are addressed.

The enthusiasm the sales team shows and the promises they provide will not be there after the payment is done and neither you can reach out to their support and nor a prompt reply will be provided. False promises by the sales team and one you are done with the payment you cannot get the refund and you will be in a viscous cycle. I do not recommend to take up courses from Edureka as I had a very bad experience.

Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I enrolled in Edureka's Advanced Agentic AI course after the sales representative assured me that the batch would be a morning batch. After enrolling, the support team also confirmed it was a morning batch.

The course fee was ₹72,000. I was also told I could get a small discount only if I completed the payment within a few hours, so I paid immediately.

Another assurance was that the self-paced modules would be available immediately after payment so I could start learning before the live classes. After paying, they weren't available, and I was told the sales team couldn't do anything because the backend team hadn't enabled them.

Later, I was informed that the batch had been changed to the evening. The sales representative said he couldn't do anything if management changed the timings. I was then told a morning batch might be available after a few weeks, even though I had paid more than a month before the course start date specifically because I was promised a morning batch.

I requested a refund immediately.

It's now been more than a month:

No refund has been processed.

No response to multiple follow-up emails.

No updates on my request.

No customer support number for escalations—only email IDs, and I haven't received any response.

My takeaway from this experience: I wouldn't recommend enrolling with Edureka (now part of Veranda Learning). In my case, the commitments made before payment—including the morning batch schedule and immediate access to the self-paced modules—were not honored, and my refund request has gone unanswered for over a month.

There are plenty of alternatives in the AI learning space. Based on my experience, I'd suggest evaluating those instead of taking the risk.

I had a very disappointing experience with Edureka. The course content was outdated, poorly structured, and did not match the expectations set during enrollment. After paying a significant amount, I found the quality of teaching and learning materials to be far below industry standards.

Customer support was not helpful in resolving my concerns, and I felt that the promises made before purchase were misleading. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and time. I would not recommend Edureka to anyone looking for high-quality professional training.

They are scammers , they mislead you while selling the course , for example you can enroll in any batch any times , I told that I am not comfortable in weekend they still enroll me in weekend batch, when I try to reach my sells person he is not answering my msg

It’s a completely fraud organization. They had the 7days money back guarantee. After making full payment, I tried to contact them immediately from Day1. They never picked up the call nor responded my mail for 7days. On the 8th day they picked up the call and said, I should have contacted them within 7days.

They promised “life time access” for all course however immediately they stopped this after receiving payment. It’s the biggest fraud company in education sector. Never ever enroll any course from this company. High possibility is that they change the name and come back with a new name. FRAUDS

False/fake promises of giving you lifetime access to their study material and once your course finished within few months you will loose everything
You can't download videos, can't download PDFs and you won't have nothing after investing huge sum of money

Edureka my foot 🦶

I subscribed to their live Platinum courses about two years ago and paid several thousand dollars for access. Later, they called me and informed me that they had sold the company to another business, and as a result, I would no longer have access to the courses I had already paid for.

In my opinion, this was very unfair and disappointing. I would not recommend buying courses from them. They are a scam. There are much better and more reputable learning platforms available, such as Udemy, where you can often find live timeaccess high-quality courses at a fraction of the cost.

DO NOT USE EDUREKA. They operate like absolute frauds. I paid for a couple of courses 1.5 years ago and haven't seen a single class yet. Their support team is a dead end, operating under internal policies that are clearly designed to trap students' money rather than provide actual solutions. The sales team will promise you the world, but the actual delivery is non-existent. Be warned before trusting them with your professional development.

WARNING: Edureka Cancelled Live DevOps Masters Program, Refusing Refunds, and Attempting Forced Upselling.

I am writing this to alert the community about an ongoing issue and unfair trade practices by Edureka. Last year, I enrolled and paid full tuition for the Live DevOps Masters Program.After multiple attempts to contact them to find out when classes would start, they completely ignored my communication for months. They recently replied stating that they no longer offer this course. Instead of issueing a refund for a service they failed to deliver, they are trying to force me to upgrade to a completely different course that I do not want or need, demanding an additional payment.They are strictly refusing to refund my money for a course they cancelled on their end. Please be careful before paying for any "Live" programs here. You risk losing your money with zero support.

They are fraud not even ask for feedback of the class

Iam very disappointed with Edureka’s service. I have been a long-time learner and enrolled in the Tech Masters Program, which originally included all master courses for a single price with live classes as well as I have enrolled individual many live courses. Recently enrolled for Advanced Devops certification with AI also. Now they are not giving response through emails as well as not picking up the calls for batch change etc.After spending so much amount no response at all.

Edureka has disabled the traditional Support function and replaced it with community chats. I am not sure how they expect standard support issues to be handled through community discussions, and it does not seem like an effective substitute for proper assistance.

There is also a major issue with their self‑paced video learning. Some presenters speak very quickly and skim through the slides without explaining them properly. I am still able to learn the material, but only if the PPT files are made available and downloadable. For example, in the Python Programming Certification Course that I am currently taking, the instructors race through the slides, yet the actual PPT files are not accessible. As I mentioned, none of the PPT files are downloadable, presumably to “protect” the material. However, that reasoning does not hold up when similar content is widely available online and easily accessible through modern AI tools

Complete scam.. We got enrolled in AI course which was for non-technical people but when we attended the first class we found it that we have been enrolled for a different course which is for software developers. Their sales team make sure that they lure you with all sorts of promotions & discount. They give you fake promises & now when i asked for refund, they are saying they don't have any policy to refund. We enrolled for members, paid close to 1 lac ruppee for nothing. They are a bunch of cheaters & should be punished legally.
