We'd like to add some context for clarity. The product you purchased is listed on our BPP DipIFR page as an ebook edition. This is mentioned in several places on that page — the product options are labelled as ebooks, the description notes they're delivered as instant VitalSource activation codes, and the FAQ on the same page explains that ebook purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once the code has been generated and emailed. This is because the publisher activates the code against your account the moment it's issued, so it can't be reissued or resold. We'd also add that printed BPP books are only available for delivery within India, so for orders outside India the ebook edition is the format we're able to offer.

That said, we genuinely want you to get full value from your purchase. The VitalSource ebooks let you read on multiple devices, highlight, annotate and search — and if you're facing any difficulty activating or using them, please write to us and we'll personally help you get set up.

We’re sorry to hear that personal reasons prevented you from attending the June lectures, and we understand how disappointing that can feel when you’ve invested time and money in your preparation.

Our pricing model is intentionally kept very low and is structured on an attempt‑to‑attempt basis, which we clearly display on our website before payment, and also reiterate via WhatsApp and email on the date of enrollment to avoid any confusion.

Each batch involves ongoing costs for the platform, faculty, and continuous support (including regular updates and doubt‑clearing via WhatsApp groups), so we’re unable to offer free repeats; however, we provide renewals at only about 40% of the original fee to reduce the burden for students retaking the exam.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding of this structure and wish you the very best for your upcoming attempt, and our team remains available to support you throughout your preparation.
