Cancellation request ignored when course not yet started
Course is expected to start at 10 August, but Eduyush not accepted my cancellation request of the course. Their is refund policy allows only 7 days which I have missed on registration. About a month passed since my purchase despite of it, course will start on 10 August. I haven't seen any live session or any services have been provided to me yet, therefore refund should be mandotary, may be with some penalty fee.
Yes I got accesa to Google Classroom and occured that these videos are 2 3 years old but before purchase Eduyush told me the 2024 June video will be available.
Even if I got access any of "valuable" contant you provided you still can see that I only opened introductionary videos and firat chapter videos, classroom user activity shows this to you. Your policy is wrong, if no service provided 7 days refund policy is totally wrong.
UPDATE: These guys removed me from whatsapp group due to I added bad feadback on Trustpilot. My review on Trustpilot is the reason of Eduyush distinguish me from other students. This action could be acceptable if they proceded any refund, but canceling services is another shame.

I remember that I accidentally put my address partly wrong and I started panicking because the order was out for delivery and it was the first time I ordered from this website. So I just contacted their customer support service and the guy who was their literally helped me a lot when I told him this and it was corrected through the courier service in the end. But it was very helpful of him.

Good experience
This is the first time I purchased a BPP book from online website. I was bit sceptical about the authenticity of the book but to my surprise I received the correct and authentic product and the delivery was also before time. Very happy with the purchase.
