Difficult to give a full review when ordering online...
i called their high st store to inquire about a pair of Barkers shoes, the lady was very friendly and polite and the shoes were the cheapest on the net by £100!
Ordered online ...they took around 5 business days to arrive (free delivery) and came in the original box, with extra laces, a shoe horn and dust bags...so all good.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
The service was first class. I cannt think how it could have been better. The shoes bought are beautiful and were a bargain. The next day, signed for, delivery service at no extra cost was not expected. I dealt with the company via email and over the telephone and I cant speak highly enough of the response to both. Brilliant.

I’m torn towards Edward Meeks
I’m torn towards Edward Meeks. 3 orders. 2 went smooth. The third was a nightmare. First the company put in this order an incomplete address, so the shoes went back to the UK, despite my efforts to get them before the postal service returned the shoes. Called the company, confirmed and gave my exact address a second time. Again, new delivery, same incomplete address, as shown in the tracking service, but this time I was able to warn the postal services and got the shoes before being returned back to UK, even if I had to go back the next day (today) to get them. A one time mistake can happen to anyone. But twice the same mistake within the same order, and being warned and informed about the correct address, it’s just sheer incompetence. Still, I’ll remain a client due to the previous good customer experience.

I must apologise for the errors that we have made. Unfortunately we still can not work out where we have gone wrong with the address. It might be some error in the way that we have to put address in Portugal into the Royal Mail system. I have asked my staff to try and contact you to see if we can work it out and correct the issue so that we do not do it again.
