The whole order process was excellent
The whole order process was excellent. The goods arrived very promptly in packaging which was in very good condition.
An added bonus was the complimentary shoe horn and pair of socks. What a lovely touch! Well done indeed.

Extremely satisfied with their service
Ordered a pair of Church's in their sale, when they arrived they were 'subs'. Immediately contacted EM who could not be more apologetic - they are what they had received from Church. Not only did they order me a new pair from Church direct (honouring the sale price) but they ordered in a colour they'd sold out of and refunded my postage. You can only judge an online retailer by how they deal with issues. EM are first class and I will be back.

Very fast delivery and competitive prices - No European delivers.
The item arrived quickly, the only problem do I realise is the lack of contacts (no telephone number) and no answer to my emails. When arrived I realised that instead of as written on the Website, 365 days for return, the shoes shall be returned (if on sale) in 14 days maximum. Edward Meeks, shall update the website about: 1) delivery countries (no European countries); 2)return policy. The shoes are original and perfect. Very good price, 4 stars only for the above mentioned points.
