I heat these slices in a skillet with a little butter and put them on a sandwich with a tough of mayonnaise. Delicious!

The ham is not as flavorful as it used to be when it was smoked in the original smokehouse. I think it needs to be “aged” a bit longer as it seems a bit more moist than it has been in the past.

Quality country ham is hard to fine. I keep coming back to Edwards for that reason.

My particular packages of the sliced ham had quite a few fat running through out all of them. The ham tasted just fine after removing all of the big veins of fat within the sliced pieces. It took a lot of time to trim the big fat veins of fat but by the time I finished it was servable to our guests. I believe that there should be a little more inspection done before sending out this type of ham for the price the company charges.

No one sells country ham here in north Louisiana and this ham was here within a few days after ordering. The ham taste great and I will continue ordering it. Thank you for selling such great ham.

Miss location in Surry and Williamsburg. But the ordered ham still is the same taste and quality. Best around. The slices are nice and thin so you can pile on the rye bread and dig in
