I’m not sure I like that much salting. However it was a very good piece of meat. Just a personal preference. Your service was excellent.

Arrived in insulated box, still cold. Family loved it. First time in 50 years all the ham was gone at the end of the day

It is one of the best hams I've ever purchased. I've bought it several times in the past and am never disappointed except one experience The order arrived too late for our Christmas dinner. Other than that I've never been dissatisfied.

I was fairly disappointed with the amount of fat in the meat. The ham was tender, and fairly sweet, but extremely fatty.

I've ordered this ham for the past 15 years. Probably my last. When i started they were $69. Now they are double that.

I was very disappointed. It was my first purchase from your company and the ham was very tough. I was almost embarrassed to serve it for thanksgiving. I heated it as instructed. I did like the spice pack that was included.

This was NOT a Virginia ham. This ham came from Missouri. The shipping label tells the truth. We wanted a true Virginia ham. False advertising; poor quality; bait and switch. I guess Edward’s has moved to Missouri. Too bad, any explanation?

Edwards Smokehouse did sell the business to Burgers' Smokehouse a couple of years ago. Burgers' had been producing the products since the fire in 2016.
The best hams! Lots of meat, not fat. On holidays you need to order early as they sell out several times during that period.

The city ham used to have more fat cap and skin.
