Doesn’t taste like salt cured ham!

The ham was terrible! It smelled and tasted gamey. Had to throw it out. Thank goodness I had a turkey breast to cover the meal. Need a refund of my money. Maria Johnson

This is the best country ham I have ever ordered. It was so tender and delicious. I will be ordering it again. I gave 2 for gifts and kept one for myself. this will be my go to ham to send again.

Very moist & tasty. Froze it on delivery, pulled it out for Christmas celebrations & can’t keep our fingers out of it now.

I'm 75 years old, from the country and grew up on country ham. I've bought Edwards hams before, cooked them myself and enjoyed them tremendously. THIS ham was awful. The entire center was nothing but fat, but that was not my main issue. This just didn't taste like country ham. Maybe my taste buds have changed. Maybe your processing and curing has changed. I don't know, but if this is today's country ham, count me out.

The ham did not hold together and broke into chunks, so there were no nice slices to serve. Plus, we found the ham very stringy. When sliced, it shredded like pulled pork. Not pleased. And it cost a fortune! I can buy a far nicer ham in my local area!
