I missed ordering in time to get an in-bone country ham, so ordered the boneless.. no as flavorful as the in-bone. But certainly an enjoyable addition to our Thanksgiving meal.

The uniform shape of this ham made it so easy to slice thin slices for biscuits. I prefer a saltier ham, but my family loved that the ham was not too salty. My sister made her delicious sweet potato biscuits, and I made my cranberry chutney. I couldn't slice the ham fast enough, because my family loved the Edwards Country Ham, sweet potato biscuits and cranberry chutney as a Thanksgiving appetizer.

Edwards country hams are the best that I’ve ever had and so easy. I did not have cook and debone the ham.
