Delicious! Worked well for the family over the holidays. I love authentic country ham and the smoked turkey was very flavorful! Not cheap, though! A splurge for the holidays.

Thank you for your review. Edwards Virginia Hams was founded in Virginia in the 1920's and produced hams for many years. When the plant in Surry burned down in 2016 they partnered with Burgers' Smokehouse in Missouri to help them keep producing their product while they attempted to rebuild. When the desire to rebuild became unachievable they chose to sell the company to Burgers' so their name and legacy could be carried on.
Both companies have been producing salt cured hams since the 1920's. If you'd like to review the companies story we have that available on the website here: https://www.edwardsvaham.com/our-story
