This is disgusting behavior I'm hearing from this Sydney RSA course and the trainer.
As a teacher you have no justification in losing your patience with foreigners, assuming they have the Corona virus (as a Korean student living in Sydney...!) and calling them stupid in front of the rest of the students, before then grabbing her by the arm to yank her out of the classroom, and then washing your hands with disinfectant.
Looking at the other reviews I see it a real problem at this place.
Is this really the kind of school you want to run?
I'm disgusted at the racist, degrading abuse your teaching staff put on display!
The trainer who teach RSA in Kingscross, Sydney is rude
The trainer who teach RSA in ,Kingcorss RSA is rude. He judged student by English. He said to student who is foreigner that if she don’t understand English very well, today will be her bad day. He also shouted to student when the answer wrong.
It completely different from the review that I have read before. Feeling upset. Not recommended. On the website show that we’ll get the certificate on that day but NO. I spent all of my days from 8am untill 3pm for what?? Nothing.

White card training in the city - Horrible experience! Go somewhere else.
I did my white card with Edway in the city because I thought I will get a better deal. I was totally wrong! I got a trainer whose background is a Mandarin-English translator! She has absolutely no idea what it is like to work in a construction site and she is training us. She cannot give real life scenario and ask the students for one. The only examples she can give are from the book and stories she heard from her past students! I don't pay $110 for this!
When I booked online, a message say I will received a confirmation but no email came through. I called, someone answer the phone to assure me of the confirmation email but still nothing came through. Only received a sms a day before. Did not mention what to bring, you have to read it on your own on the website.
Website asked us to report half an hour early before class start at 9:30am. I arrived 45mins early. The reception asked for 100pts id, did not do anything else and asked me to go for coffee and come back later when lesson starts.
When lesson starts, I found myself in a small room roughly 4x6m packed with 13 students and the trainer. No desks provided, just sit on chairs against the wall. Then the trainer starts asking everyone to fill the forms and verify the 100 pts id check one by one, keeping everyone else waiting. A lot of students were newly arrived (working visas, migrant) and did not have enough documents, apparently there were not enough communication before the lesson (refer above) and these students were confused what is the 100pts fuss about. The trainer seems impatient and occasionally raise her voice in disbelief when the students cannot produce the documents. I thought the training center should have done the check when they asked us to arrive early, not when lesson starts?! And no email sent out to students what to bring and now the trainer wants to express her frustration? Finally when everyone was sorted, it was one hour and 10 mins later (I took the time). Best part is at the end of the training, when we are asked to fill out an evaluation form, the trainer asked everyone to fill the start time as 9:30am (actual start time is 10:40 am). The assessment is also done openly (sounds like cheating to me) and even get us to mark our own assessment?! Any question about where she is originally from??
Overall a very unprofessional training (if you can still call it a training) that is just out to make some quick bucks! I think the trainer is wholly incompetent and should be better going back to her old job doing translation. Btw the only plus point about her is she speaks good English which you cannot fault. Of course she is a translator!
Online CPR does not give you HLTAID001…
Online CPR does not give you HLTAID001 cert, not made clear on opening page of Online CPR it can only be found on booking page if you find the drop down window. Why pay $30 for nothing??

Many thanks to the team at Hallam!
Excellent course!
Theory is great
Theory is great, as is the stop/go baton practice. not enough practical on signage. Not a real Vic Roads sign in sight.
Useful & important stuff like a standard 3 frame sign must have NO gaps or what side of the sign goes the 'directing' eg No Right turn arrow
