I’ll be honest

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect much from this brand at first, especially after seeing a few mixed reviews. But I kept seeing their ads and decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did! The quality is absolutely incredible — way beyond what I was expecting. It arrived in less than 10 days, and their customer service team was super helpful and responsive. Really impressed and would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Avoid!

Avoid!! The website states they are a British fashion brand based in London, they are not. The bag took ages to arrive from China and was cheap, shoddy and smelt of plastic. I emailed the company to return and was told I needed to ship it back to China at my cost, this would have cost as much as the bag. I sent it instead to their Liverpool address which is clearly stated on their website and they are refusing to refund me. Avoid this company at all costs, their bags are terrible and their customer service is dreadful !
